This is truly a fun place to stay if you’re in that area. Everything was spotless and extremely well organized. I felt like I was walking into my own country house. They’re check in was easy to navigate.

The pictures and the photos on website are misleading that “cabin “ actually it’s only half of cabin. The couple next to us complained the same. We all thought we get the whole cabin…. Been going to upstate Catskills for 20+yrs. No, I didn’t mind paying nearly $500 a night , what I mind was that I heard every words from the people, Nextdoor, and twin beds up the steps was “the attic” was quite nuisance.Being in countryside, Why can’t I get fresh air and not able to open the windows? There were a few empty cabins why can’t they split us,

Had the funniest reaction to this property! It’s definitely beautiful when you are not too tired to really look and understand the “rustic” farmhouse theme. Will definitely be coming back for my alone time

Overall, I can see the charm of the property itself. The rooms were decorated nicely, and I can see how the house would be a great fit for a large event. Unfortunately, several housekeeping details also overlooked. The room smelled strongly of disinfectant—so much so that both my husband and I developed headaches. The water carafe had about an inch of water left in it, there was a visible blood stain on the duvet right where I pulled it to my face, and a used tissue was left by the bedside. When I called to ask how to operate the mini-split, the associate who returned my call seemed noticeably annoyed that I had reached out, even when I asked how long it might take to warm up what initially felt like an icebox of a room. Having run an inn myself for five years, I know how easy it is for small details to slip through—but these are precisely the kinds of touches that should never be missed. If it hasn’t been midnight, we would have left and demanded a refund. Given the circumstances, I asked if a modest rate adjustment might be possible. The response felt dismissive and non-empathetic. A more thoughtful effort to remedy the situation would have gone a long way.

The cabins are wonderfully appointed and the inn is very comfortable.

Once receiving the code to the room there was another guest staying in the room. It was difficult to reach anyone at the property to talk to since no one is at the property. Eventually someone called me back to handle this situation and had to wait about 5 hours for this matter to get resolved. It was unfortunate that the lady on the phone was encouraging me to find another hotel rather than fixing the matter and compensating me.

This place used to have an excellent restaurant on the premises that operated out of a food truck. They also used to include a complimentary breakfast and a s’mores kit with each room, with fires ready for guests on the weekends. That was the past. The present, unfortunately, feels like an absence of those thoughtful touches. On the positive side, the staff is friendly! A definite plus. The room itself was comfortable, with excellent bedding, though there were a few minor issues. The shower didn’t work properly, with water leaking from the spout. Causing an issue with the hot/cold water. Hot water out of the shower head cold water out of the spout. The worst part of the stay, however, was the water. I have never tasted worse, it was like drinking pure chlorine. After showering, you smell like you just got out of a pool, and your skin feels tight and dry. The coffee wasn’t any better. Upstairs, it had that same chlorine taste; downstairs, it somehow managed to taste like a mix of chlorine and spoiled apple cider. This used to be a wonderful spot, but it seems management has lost some of the small details that made it special. Hopefully, it can return to what it once was.

Beautiful property. Only recommendation for an improved stay was to ensure firewood for all of the outdoor fire pits. There wasn’t enough and what was left was restricted to one firepit.

Tiny room. Holes in the wall. Smoke detector missing. Nowhere to put your stuff. No dresser, no nightstands, no closet, no clothes rack. Just some hooks. Shower's awful. Not even a pot of coffee in the am. Power outage for 12 hours. no water, no heat, no power. No generator? Absurd. Save your money.

We stumbled across this property when we were looking for a place to spend the night on our way back from Canada. The guest service here was excellent. We were greeted when we arrived and were updated on everything that the property has to offer and shown to our room. We stayed in the main house in the middle, and it was an older completely renovated farmhouse. We did get one of the smaller rooms, but it had a quaint vibe and the decorations and the attention to details were impeccable. There was a kitchen downstairs, and they had apple cider and fresh baked cookies for guests. There were lots of food and drink related items that you could buy at a kiosk. There was a sauna up the hill, but we didn’t really have enough time to enjoy that amenity. There was a fire pit outside along with an area that had goats and ducks that you can feed during the day. I would love to go back and spend more time because the location is in a great area close to Woodstock, Apple Farms, and plenty of nature to explore. Thank you, we will be back soon.

We couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Even though you’re sent an email stating it’s self check-in, we were greeted by the manager when we arrived. Very friendly, and, she baked cookies for arriving guests! The grounds are beautiful; wrap around porch, hiking trails right out the back of the property. If you’re looking for a unique experience, this is place!
