Gorgeous room and view. Room service wasn’t available at 6pm on Tuesday.

The stay was great! Only downfall was i wish the stores and places inside the resort stayed open later. Great stay all around

The room was great! Large shower and lots of lighting. Since it rained we decided to go to the on site restaurant. What a mistake! $32 for a bowl of pasta. Took almost an hour to get out order. Young male waiter was everything but not personable. Very disappointing. Do not recommend!

The resort was very clean and had a beautiful view of the golf course. It was in close proximity to many restaurants, shopping and activities. The private beach and pool were also wonderful. Will definitely go back.

Staid over July 4 weekend with our family of four including two young kids and we had a great time. Several pools, private beach access, lots of food options, fast room service, it checked all the boxes. The location works well as a nice retreat from Traverse City, but close enough to easily drive in and enjoy all the city has to offer too.

management was rude and they stole my $57 I pay full price to Booking.com. They say they never received the payment. It is not true. So disappointed management was arguing with me back-and-forth

The property is spread wide. Pending where you’ll be located, you might be isolated. They do have a shuttle that runs between the different properties but it wasn’t too clear how it ran. The only restaurant on our side of the proposals close during the entire stay. Housekeeping must be contacted to get your room cleaned but even when called coffee or soaps don’t get replaced. Registration desk doesn’t have enough attention and the wait was very long before we could get checked in.

Nothing This isn’t a SPA hotel: it’s more like attraction full of extra charges. You have to pay extra for practically every additional service. Everything that is included in already outrageous price is basically stuff you don’t even need. Hotel itself feels dirty. On top of that, I expected to stay in a room in “new” building, but apparently, by default, they put you in old rooms. But worst part was A/C — it was so loud that I woke up every 30 min. I had a headache in morning.

Everything was wonderful, better than expected

Units near lake area are great location with own beach area but couldn’t use one day due to private event happening. Units are mix of updated and not! So can be old looking or updated by the owners. Overall clean just some updating needed by some owners!
