Grand Traverse Resort And Spa

La estadia es muy agradable ,se siente como en casa muy acogedor y la verdad toda mi familia la pasamos bien. Excelente lugar para volver y volver de vacaciones.

Spacious, quiet room. Rain type shower head (that was so/so) Good bed and Pillows. Microwave and fridge in room. Great Breakfast at NiiJii with cooked to order omelet. Nice shops as well.

Fantastic all around resort for adults and kids alike. Has everything. A gem in the Midwest.

Loved the look and overall feel of the environment. Great amenities, great food, huge parking lot and nice shopping and spa. Seems to fit well for families, couples and a simple retreat. Not very far from the city and golf course was lovely.

Honestly not a bad place to stay at! Literally the one and ONLY thing that did it for me…was AS we were leaving, we go to grab our phones off the charger’s that are next to the bed!! We SEE a cockroach… we go through everything to make sure we’re not taking anything with us or make sure nothings inside. We left in a rush feeling icky. Also I wouldn’t say it was SUPER quiet because we could hear people passing by.

Great dining within, excellent check in staff. Clean pool and poolside chairs. Attendant keeps it organized. Beds really comfy.

A microwave in room would have been very nice.

The picture did not add up to what we got, we thought we were staying in the tower and didnt even see a separate hotel attached, and we got there and I thought we were gonna have this big great view and we were disappointed.

For this type of luxury resort, I had higher expectations. The rooms have some design/quality issues. The shower does not drain properly and at times you end up standing in a pool of water. There is not enough pitch in the tile to force the water to the drain, so you have to use your foot to push it toward the drain. There was still water pooled at the end of the shower the day after using it. The desk and dresser both showed signs of wear/damage. It would be nice to have a mirror in the room somewhere other than the bathroom. Also many of the plugs in the room are hard to reach and a few didn’t work at all. The coffee maker didn’t work properly either and ended up overfilling the cups and making a big mess.

On the positive side: The kids loved the pools!

Room was not cleaned regularly, needed to contact staff multiple times despite staying for 4 nights. Place was clean and nice, but service was ok

The property is beautiful and the staff is amazing.

Most everything was enjoyable. Even though the room would cool to 70 deg. the humidity was way too high.

The place was great. The app for the key lock didn't work, but other than that, we loved it. We definitely recommend this place.

ALL STAFF were above excellent. Clean comfy rooms. Food and dining atmosphere was awesome.

Everything was very well maintained and the rooms were newly renovated. The entire staff was super helpful and friendly. Daughter loved the four pool and the beach and husband loved the golf courses.

We booked the room thinking we were going to be on the resort property but we were a mile down the road at these very outdated condos. The room had dead bugs, dirty bedding, and patio door that was lacking the greasing or maintenance to allow it to open easily. There was no box breakfast and beach club that looks inviting did not have any bar or grill. It rained earlier in the day so they closed it down for the whole afternoon and evening. Also, the Den which had all the cool arcade games and axe throwing is only open until 9pm. If you want a great resort go stay at the Tamarack which is in town and a beautiful property which is very clean.
