The room and amenities were great, and the bed was quite comfortable! It was nice having some shops in the hotel. We enjoyed being close but not too close to downtown, as well as being incredibly close to the Turtle Creek casino. We will certainly be returning!

We arrived early and was told our room/studio wasn't ready and we would be called, We ended up calling asking if room was ready around 3:30PM, check is at 4PM, we were told our room might not be ready by 4PM and that was when they start check in??, We were charged for resort fees but did not get to use anything as when we finally got our room the carpet was stained with multiple what looked like pet pee marks like all over the place, we called and were told they would move us, we were stopped by the cleaning staff and told that the carpet was cleaned and the stains were permanent and the owner of the studio is to replace the carpet. We went to the pool and the staff said the cook never showed up so they didn't think they'd have food. I think the location is great and if the studio had better carpet it would be great but for the price it's not worth it,

If you’re looking for a clean hotel away from the city with shuttle transportation then this is it! Just know that breakfast is not really included.

Not very happy. That was not a 4 star hotel experience. Rooms are smelling and you could see that the cleanleness is that of a cheap hotel. Overpriced and defintly not worth the money. One good thing is that the windows do open, even though the open/closed mechanism is falling apart.

The room was typical of most hotel rooms and for the price was disappointing. Bathroom was in need of some sprucing up. Nothing special.

Very basic hotel with nice outdoor pools to keep kids entertained. Shower was poorly renovated and drain was on the high side so you had to stand in cold pool of old water to shower. Food in the restaurants was average. Beach pool was the bright spot. Property grounds could use some update. Okay for a few nights for the kids to swim but probably only worth one visit.

Room was a bit dirty with a used towel & washcloth in the bathroom. Will come back again!!

The resort is beautiful. We loved the pools, beach, restaurants and golf. We stayed in a condo at the Shores which was in need of updating, especially the carpet. We would stay here again but would be more careful regarding which room or condo we stayed at. Great beach for families. The bay was shallow and very calm.
