The room was damp and musty. There was no working fan in the bathroom. There was makeup on a clean washcloth on the bathroom counter.

Clean room. First room smelled like an ashtray. They kindly gave us a clean room after complaint. Property could use some work. Basics breakfast. It met our needs for a 4 night stay.

I am always most concerned with cleanliness. This one was a hit. Spacious, clean room and convenient location, but set back in a quiet area. Thank you to all staff!

Small eating area….too many guests …..not enough tables Took a half hour to check In

Hot tub Pool was not working but breakfast was good and front staff who was in the evening was great and friendly

It is aging, there are some things that look rundown (carpet, stairs, elevator was so shaky and squeaky)

Hello. We booked this hotel literally for the hot tub for July 4-6. I called to make sure it was running July 1 & it was. My daughter hurt her back and my son hurt his knee at last baseball game right before I booked trip and we knew we’d be hiking at sand dunes and such and wanted the hot tub soooo badly. It was out of order and I am writing to inquire about a partial refund d/t this being our primary reason for booking this hotel in particular. Thank you so much in advance for your consideration.

The guests upstairs were stomping in their room each night until 3a and when I called the front desk they did nothing, was flat and not empathetic at all so I ended up having to talk to the people myself

overall the property was decent. The complimentary breakfast was good. hot pancakes and eggs, sausage, bacon, biscuits and gravy all cooked. self serve breakfast included cereal and oatmeal. coffee, milk and juice. the pool was nice, unfortunately, the hot tub was not working at the time. we were about 5 miles away from downtown Traverse City. there were a lot of restaurants that were close by.

I realize its the high season in lower Michigan, but paying over $400 a night for a standard king room was a super gouge — shoulda kept on driving.

We only stayed 1 night in this hotel before flying home and it was the most functional hotel we stayed at. They have great places for luggage, the curtains fully blackout behind added trim, and plenty of plugs. It was just clearly thought out well for travelers. It was very modern and the breakfast was good!

Everything was excellent starting from check in to checkout. Breakfast was amazing especially coffee!!! Staffs were very helpful and supportive during the stay!

Superb

It was clean. Housekeeping lady was very nice and gave us what we needed. Kind of stuck out in no where. Very dated rooms. BathTub made it rather difficult and dangerous for showers. Not much water pressure. Toilet paper was in a very awkward place. No exhaust fan in the bathroom either!! TV Remote worked only when it wanted to!! Never could get thru to front desk to ask questions. Only one elevator for three floors was a joke!! We ended up using the stairs several times! The side door was sticking and we couldn’t get in. Had to wait for someone to come out! The air conditioner sounded like a creature lived it!! Very noisy!!

Good to have fridge & microwave in room. Quiet. Good beds. Nice housekeeping staff. GREAT breakfast. A big plus. Would stay here again. Rooms could use more outlets for devices. Good location.
