The floors creaked very loud. We put white noise on our phone but could still hear the floors from the people above. Our room faced the parking lot and there weren’t blinds on the window. It left little room for privacy and a lot for light to shine between the curtains. The hotel didn’t have an ice machine. The room felt like a senior living center.

The charcuterie board and wine was so nice. Beds were comfortable. The bikes were also very nice! Pullout wasn’t comfortable

The hotel was very clean and well maintained. The location was just outside of downtown Traverse and the view was pretty. Check in was a little confusing, but I'm not used to a code only system (no front desk). My main suggestion is that an instruction sheet on the 3 remote controls for the TV should be in the room. Luckily, I was able to reach someone on the phone, and they walked me through operating the TV. Also, the coffee station should be stocked with necessary items on the counter or at least have the cabinets/drawers labeled so items (cups/creamer/sugar) can be easily found. I did enjoy my and stay and would definitely stay here again.

This was my first experience with a front desk-free location. I was very pleased with how easy the process was. The room was spotless, well-appointed. I felt safe. Overall, a great stay.

Smell so bad

Clean rooms, perfect size, and great location.

Very clean and comfortable room, great shower, nice room-darkening curtains. We also loved the easy check-in process, loved the view of the bay, and loved that we could walk to Woodland Sweets for ice cream. There was some road noise, but white noise covered most of it, and the hosts also provided complimentary ear plugs.

Stay was dependent on use of internet. On day I was scheduled to check-in I received notice that internet was down. Cancelled. No refund. Will not consider booking there again.

Clean rooms, great support from Kasa. Note this was a virtual hotel. No staff on site. Provided with entry code to building and room via email on date of arrival. Nice lounge with business center, books, available bicycle and coffee. Note no soda machines or ice machines on site. More like B & B.

This was not my first stay here and I know it won't be my last. It's always clean and we have everything we need in the room. The contactless option for check in is nice and very flexible. Location is good. Very close to downtown and the roads leading up into the wine peninsulas.

Very clean and comfortable beds. No coffee pot or cups in the room.

It was a great clean safe hotel (staying by myselft, I felt safe) The only addition would have been nightstands on both sides of the bed. I recently dislocated my shoulder so It was hard for me to have axcess . Other than that... great!

The room was clean, the bed was comfortable and the view of the bay was great! Two of the three lightbulbs in our room were out. We asked for replacements and were told it could take 24 hours. The coffee supply in the lobby was low, and the garbage cans were overflowing.

Super clean and comfortable room. Very quiet, but stayed off season. Missed hot water for tea, and microwaving water in paper cups didn’t work. Would have been nice to have a shelf in bathroom near sink for personal items. Loved not having carpet in the room, and another huge plus was the almost scent free sheets and pillowcases on the bed. Didn’t have a problem checking in or accessing the room, but was slightly disconcerting not to have a deadbolt or security lock on the door of the room.
