Excellent location. Not very clean. Hair in bath and sink. A strong odiferous odor from sink (sewage smell) - reported to front desk.

The rooms are older but clean and we were comfortable. The outside sitting area was really nice. The small beach is great. Breakfast is a simple grab and go but was of good quality.

The location and the staff were great. The bed was very comfortable. It was very worn & dated. The floor molding, especially in the bathroom, was bad. It was clean as far as maid service type of stuff, but the dated-ness and darkness of the shower and bathroom led us to not want to use it.

Staff very helpful and friendly. Location on beach is amazing, with fire pits and many chairs. Pool had a chair to help less mobile people get in. Breakfast good--juices, coffee, yogurt, fruit, cereals, breakfast bars, fruit, breakfast sandwiches to heat.

The breakfast cold bar had high quality, individually wrapped items that you could bring back to your room on a tray. The bed was very comfortable and room was spacious and clean. The view from the balcony was beautiful. I really enjoyed the Jacuzzi tub. I wouldn't stay during winter because I feel like there would be too many slipping hazards. But for Spring, Summer, and Fall it is a great location.

Mattress was bad pillows are trash For being a place people sleep you thu k you’d invest into decent sleep equipment.

Site needs updating and should have daily room cleaning and a hot breakfast for price of the room. The pool shouldn't be 4' from the rooms for lack of privacy sound.
