We had a comfortable stay-a couple small suggestions that may help future guests. In room plastic cups were very cheap, would suggest Glass for a hotel as nice as yours. Also to use the TV you had to create an account with samsung which could be a challenge for some guests. There were no directions on how to control the TV and the front desk did not know.

We had reserved a bay view room. The view was amazing. It was also in a quieter area of Traverse City. We had issues with our refrigerator while there and they changed out the unit for us. I really appreciated the daily room service. I wasn't expecting that. I would absolutely stay here again!

This place was absolutely beautiful. We were in the new building. The only thing we were missing was a nice lounge chair in our room.

We just spent the weekend at this property. Our experience was excellent. It is all new so felt very clean and fresh. Grounds are spotless as well as the lodge area and our room.

The hotel building is brand new. The room is very well designed, decorated and comfortable. OUTSTANDING view of Grand Traverse Bay. The staff are very friendly, knowledgeable, welcoming and helpful.

1) The refrigerator would not get cool. We informed staff that it wasn’t working and they said they’d have someone look it. But no one ever did. 2) There was no comfy chair in the room. There were two hard wooden desk chairs but no comfy chair. I don’t like to sit on the bed to read or watch tv. 3) Finally, on our 2nd day there we were locked out of our building. Not a big deal, just a minor inconvenience to walk next door and get new key cards made. All of these things would not prevent me from staying there again, it really is a lovey hotel.

Don’t bother looking anywhere else. This is where you want to stay. My room was very clean and comfortable. The hotel common area is clean and well maintained. The outside area is amazing. There’s multiple beach areas, lots of beachfront seating areas with gas fire pits and a view that is tough to beat. Do you have kids? This place is perfect. Do you want to get away from your kids? This place is perfect.

Beautiful new hotel with waterfront views, outdoor fireplaces, private beach and pristine rooms. Highly recommended for travelers exploring TC and Charlevoix!

The beach was tiny. It was barely as wide as the handful of beach chairs. Would not suggest for the price and would not go back.

I really enjoy my stay, it was my wedding anniversary weekend. Perfect play to go. My only complete were the pillow they were too soft and we never found the ice maker other than that everything was beautiful.

Perfect! We happened to stay on the first two nights that the resort was opened. While they were finishing the last minute touches(literally) we enjoyed every bit of this place! The pool, hot tub, sauna, beach, fire pits, waterfront! So calm in the morning and the view from our balcony was to die for! Unfortunately, we were in town for a softball tournament so we couldn’t spend as much time at the resort but from the staff, to the rooms, it was all perfect! They definitely have a good thing going on and I am so excited to see how much they grow! Two more buildings in the works? Looks like maybe an event building? We will be back! Thanks again!
