It was beautiful and clean

Amazing new lodge with direct beach access. Amazing location to downtown as well.

It’s a beautiful hotel everything was great!
-
Beautiful brand new building #3, with pool, hot tub and its own lounge area with fireplace. Enjoyed the lovely beach area too! If we ever return to Traverse City, we will stay again!

Good property. Clean. Great housekeeping staff. Two things: 1) beds don’t have box springs and are not supportive. 2) not very customer oriented at the end. Check out dead 10:30, and the keys were shut off from opening door BEFORE 10:30. Too bad that this is the impression they want to leave at the end.

Our stay was great. The room was clean, updated, and the property was well maintained. The staff was very helpful and easy to access. The property is some new buildings in the coming year that will make it whole inclusive stay with a restaurant and tiki bar. I would highly recommend this property to anyone wanting a great vacation experience on the beach.

Staff was very helpful and friendly! The private beach was a huge plus and loved the fire pits at night!
-
Room was clean. Amazing view. Beach area was great.
-
The building 3 was stuffy and air conditioning didn’t work well and was loud. Wall unit. Room was small. No dresser. Needed a tutorial to work the remote control.
-
Room was hot and little mini bottles of shampoo and conditioner
-
Great facility, clean, quiet, well run. Only drawback is that the beach is rather short, other nearby properties have much deeper beaches.

We had a great time! The hotel was perfect.

Amazing stay. We were upgraded from a corner suite to a two bedroom suite. Beautiful! Took one star away due to jet tub not working. Not that big of a deal. Have stayed at this facility multiple times. We love it. The new building and facilities were stunning. Plan to stay again soon.

Overall the room and lodge were nice. I liked having a lakefront room with the views. There were a couple minor things with the room, not a major issue but compared to other hotels. There was no chair by the bed to sit and relax or watch tv and there was plenty of room for one. The fireplace (or I thought was a fp) was fake, kind of odd, but it did have a heating element. I asked about a fitness facility which they said they had, but then told me it was close by, and was almost 5 miles away, that's not close by or convenient to work out. However overall we still enjoyed the stay and area. Thank you.

Loved the coffee station and beach front access. The water is so shallow you can go out quite a long way and still not be in to your waist.

The room was beautiful with a water front balcony and a fireplace in the room. There were fire pits along the water with many seating areas. Bathroom included a tub and separate walk-in shower. Everything was new and clean. Our only disappointment was that there was no restaurant on the property, not even for a light breakfast. But the Lodge is still developing and may have more in the future.

We stayed in Building 3, the new one. Outstanding room amenities including a deep stand alone tub, very large Samsung plus TV, comfy beds and pillows, and in-room coffee and tea. That building has no food service but the indoor pool was there. The main building has several tvs with DVDs, a pool table, puzzles, games and books. There is 24/7 coffee, tea, cocoa and cookies. Absolutely beautiful. Outdoors are tables and chairs in groups, a grill and a private sand beach with lots of chairs. The water is waste deep hundreds of yards out, so it is pretty safe for children. Spectacular views of the bays. A true resort! While the resort is building new areas up and there is no restaurant currently, several decent places are within walking distance for all meals. Note there is a Moomers ice cream shop less than 10 minutes walk! We would highly recommend this resort and will stay there again.
