Everything was great, but every time you want coffee it’s empty. One cannester. Either a lot bigger or two or something different
-
Everything was of a high standard. We liked the breakfasts and the staff.

breakfast was excellent. good food to start the day for newly built Residence Inn, wall paper coming off the wall in bathroom, carpet coming apart at the seam, paint on walls( in room, hallway and stairway's)

Breakfast was great, but there wasn't enough of it; even though it was still breakfast time, they had already run out of certain items. When I mentioned this to the person in charge, they were very polite in their response, but basically said that they wouldn't be making any more.

The room was clean. Due to a weather event, when staff could not come in to work, we did not receive consistent housekeeping; but the front desk staff saw to our housekeeping needs and the room was well-cleaned when we arrived. The staff (Tyler, Sean, Tom, and more) were courteous, kind, and provided us with necessary services above and beyond. The snow storm lasted longer and brought more snow, and there were difficulties, but our stay in the hotel was made more comfortable and our final departure easier by staff support. Once the new rooftop bar is in place (with some food?), it will solve one of the deficits now; but the breakfast served (now) was more than adequate. It's a little farther out of town than we would have preferred but the other amenities (including the kitchen capacity) made up for it, especially during the snow storm.
