It took forever to get checked in. I ended up standing at the front desk, calling the front desk in hopes that an employee would have a second phone with them to check us in... no luck. 15+ min wait to get checked in. All dishes were in the dishwasher, dirty, and tv volume didnt work. One tv stuck on mute, the other at volume 80. Very frustrating stay.

Bed was comfortable. Bring your own shampoo and conditioner, they water theirs down. Tub/shower combo. Nice separate kitchen and living space. There’s a decent restaurant across the parking lot, Hopscotch and a Crazy Lady food truck. It’s a bit of a walk as you have to go around to get to it. Free breakfast was a nice touch. Overall, too expensive for what you get in my opinion.

Everything was very clean, and the staff was very friendly. I have to admit that the pillows were terrible—so fluffy that you couldn't sleep on them; my neck even hurt. Breakfast was great, but there wasn't enough of it; even though it was still breakfast time, they had already run out of certain items. When I mentioned this to the person in charge, they were very polite in their response, but basically said that they wouldn't be making any more.

The room was clean. Due to a weather event, when staff could not come in to work, we did not receive consistent housekeeping; but the front desk staff saw to our housekeeping needs and the room was well-cleaned when we arrived. The staff (Tyler, Sean, Tom, and more) were courteous, kind, and provided us with necessary services above and beyond. The snow storm lasted longer and brought more snow, and there were difficulties, but our stay in the hotel was made more comfortable and our final departure easier by staff support. Once the new rooftop bar is in place (with some food?), it will solve one of the deficits now; but the breakfast served (now) was more than adequate. It's a little farther out of town than we would have preferred but the other amenities (including the kitchen capacity) made up for it, especially during the snow storm.

Very nice hotel, being less than a year opened for guests it still has that newness to it. The suite was very nice because everything we would need plus some was available. Although we only stayed for one night, we had everything we needed right there. Starting with full fridge/freezer, microwave, full sets of dishes, pots/pans, utensils. It had it all! Even the dishwasher for easy cleaning and garbage disposal in the sink. Then not to mention a very spacious bathroom and shower, very comfortable bed and all of the hookups if you needed to work on your computer during your stay. All very convenient and comfortably placed to make it feel like home. Would definitely stay there again without hesitation. Oh and not to mention full breakfast served in the morning, which was by far the largest spread I’ve seen at a hotel with many different options available.
