The breakfast was okay, location was good, staff was okay, they seemed understaffed for rooms and breakfast staff. The first thing we encountered when entering the hotel was garbage overflowing at the entrance, was there all 3 days we were there. Also the bathroom glass door was dirty upon arrival and a nice yellow stain on top of our bed duvet. Also, the mattress had a sunken spot in the middle of the bed, and the pillows were very lumpy.

I love my room, absolutely perfect for the 5 of us! Staff was amazing! I absolutely loved the outside patio area, they had a bonfire lit and it was so cozy ! Our room smelt like rotten fish, couldn’t do much for us because hotel was sold out. Didn’t offer discount or anything, considering we spent $400 on room.

I think it's to expensive for the normal family it literally cost 1/3 of a mortgage to stay 1 night, but I think the whole traverse city area is over priced.

It took forever to get checked in. I ended up standing at the front desk, calling the front desk in hopes that an employee would have a second phone with them to check us in... no luck. 15+ min wait to get checked in. All dishes were in the dishwasher, dirty, and tv volume didnt work. One tv stuck on mute, the other at volume 80. Very frustrating stay.

Bed was comfortable. Bring your own shampoo and conditioner, they water theirs down. Tub/shower combo. Nice separate kitchen and living space. There’s a decent restaurant across the parking lot, Hopscotch and a Crazy Lady food truck. It’s a bit of a walk as you have to go around to get to it. Free breakfast was a nice touch. Overall, too expensive for what you get in my opinion.

The room was spacious and clean. Beautiful kitchen and living area; would have been great for a full week - unfortunately we were only there for a couple of days. The room was relatively new and smelled of chemical off-gassing until we had the air going for a bit.

for newly built Residence Inn, wall paper coming off the wall in bathroom, carpet coming apart at the seam, paint on walls( in room, hallway and stairway's)
