Clean room, but it was not serviced on the first day other than clean towels. Breakfast day 1 was a disaster. No coffee, no eggs, no muffins. Breakfast the 2 morning was better but not not much improvement. Pool was the size of a postage stamp. This was very unexpected for an IHG property.

Arrived at the hotel one hour after check in and room wasn’t ready until 40 minutes after. We drove 4.5 hours and wasn’t happy about that. Once in the room, we were unable to stream on the tv despite receptionist coming up to the room to assist us. Unfortunately we were unable to stream the entire stay. The first morning we went to the lobby for breakfast, the oatmeal being served wasn’t cooked and the oranges were old. The following days we decided to do breakfast at Bob Evans which was just a walk across the parking lot.

It is a modern hotel, and overall the property is clean. The staff seemed to lack some knowledge, but they were helpful and kind. I heard complaints from other patrons about lack of housekeeping, which we choose not to utilize in our room during our short stay. The pool area is very small. Breakfast was not well stocked and was poor quality. Coffee was good.

Staff was courteous and incredibly helpful, answered my few questions before I even had a chance to ask them. Room was clean, property was clean and a convenient location. Breakfast was solid.

Great location, very clean

I liked the breakfast. Didn’t like that upon requesting towels in the morning did not arrive until late afternoon. Also didn’t like that you had to put your key in the holder on the wall to turn on hall lights.

Very clean, rooms are a little weird no coffee pot no dresser or furniture really. The pool is unusual, it is tiny 3 feet deep and looks too old for the brand new hotel almost like they dug half a pool half deep and gave up! No hot tub unless they heat up that tiny pool they could call it a hot tub it's that small! Other than that nice hotel

Clean room and friendly staff I like everything about this hotel

If you're looking for a clean place to shower and sleep it's fine. The staff was helpful but there were some things that kept it from getting a better score. The person that works the front desk is the same person that handles the breakfast station. The tables did not get cleaned and the bathroom in the lobby was filthy. The room itself was clean but the toilet ran every 5 minutes, the air condition unitwas loud, I could hear stopping in the room above, the fire alarm in the room had a bright intermittent strobe light which was annoying at night, and the USB outlets were outdated.

The hotel is fairly new, so it was in good shape. There was just a lot of trash left around in the morning after people left from breakfast.

The room was so small. It was good only for sleeping. It could not be used for relaxing or reading or any other purpose.

My favorite bed- like sleeping on a cloud. Great location. Updated hotel, modern and clean. Excellent value.

It’s very clean, and the staff is helpful. Nothing I didn’t like.

Location and newness of the building. Staff was rude. We were there for our 1 year anniversary and were told that they had no extra pillows the first night. Then we we asked for tissues as our box was depleted and they said they ran out. Then on a Saturday evening we went to get a bottled water only to be told they ran out of bottled water. Then Sunday morning both coffee machines had out of order signs on them. For the price we paid we are very disappointed

The staff were very helpful signing me up for rewards program. The room was clean and comfortable. It had all the amenities you would need even a steam iron. The gym was nice and the free breakfast was good.

Not enough towels provided. There is a post note in the bathroom suggesting to hang your towels. To save water. Pillows are too soft. Breakfast was minimal. Everything seemed condensed. No coffee maker in the rooms. Probably won’t stay there again. Also trying to figure out what an additional charge for $44.00 was? Desk clerk said not to worry it’s nothing. Well it’s on my credit card.

If you want to just walk to the beach and have a high rise view of the water, get this hotel.

Maybe offer waffles

Check in was easy, room was clean. Comfortable bed. Small fridge which was a plus. But the AC unit was loud. For breakfast, go earlier. Not many choices. One day omelet was very salty, it was impossible to eat. We didn't use pool or gym, but they both looked clean.
