There is no dining area so breakfast was delivered in a box to our door. 😞

The only complaint was the room itself. The bathroom had a faint smell of urine to the point where we were compelled to purchase a room spray. My comforter had a blood stain on the underside which I didn’t discover until the following morning which is very disgusting but when I found housekeeping they gave me a clean one for the following night. Other than that we really enjoyed our stay and would still come again.

We had another Great trip here! The staff was very helpful, great beach access and good atmosphere. We will be coming back for a third trip next year.
-
Great location, beach was clean and the sand was awesome for the kids.
-
I like that it was close proximity to beaches and eateries. I didn’t like that the hairdryer didn’t get hot and our bed sunk in the middle.

It was a very comfortable room and the entire hotel was kept very clean despite being on a beach. They even comb the sand every morning. Very friendly staff and loved having breakfast delivered every morning. Great stay!

Everything was very good. The Hotel condition does reflect its continuous usage.

Location was fabulous, right on the beach. Shower could have used a good cleaning, as well as the balcony, but everything else was great.

We spent 2 wonderful days here, and it made for the perfect weekend getaway. The hotel was small, cozy, and full of charm, with a great location close to everything we wanted to explore. The indoor pool was a nice bonus, and the beach was absolutely breathtaking. The only downside was that the water was incredibly cold—but the stunning views more than made up for it. Overall, we had a fantastic stay and would happily come back. Sometimes a quick escape is all you need. 🌊☀️✨

The beds were comfortable and the rooms were quiet. It was quite a nice and peaceful stay. Loved the beauty of the location and the beach!

Great location on the beach with breakfast delivered to room each morning. Would stay here again.

Breakfast could be better

Great location, rooms are roomy it also nice they provide simple breakfast delivery to your room was nice. But needs to do better with cleaning rooms , found hair ball in shower and bed sheets kept conning off bed . I hope they change the sheets before I got there . A bit pricey but your paying for location

The front desk staff was amazing. They went out of their way to help in any way they could. Rooms were clean other than some spider webs on the ceiling. It was great having a balcony overlooking the lake.
-
Room was okay probably needs some updates. But was near the entrance to the beach which was nice.

Our family took a trip to Traverse and got two rooms, side by side. We had hoped for connecting rooms but they were unable to accommodate that, despite early requests. We loved the view, the beach and the lake access. The packaged breakfasts were just that, pre-packaged food items. We had also asked for a later check out (1:00), due to a scheduling conflict, and were told that it would cost us an additional $100. Fine- we agreed to the rate because it was a need. The staff called me 30 minutes later and said I would need to make our request via text in order to be accommodated. Then, our keys were turned off early and I had to go back to the front desk twice just to get back in our rooms. I spent at least 20-30 minutes of our paid additional time walking back and forth to the desk so we could use the access I paid for. We had to rid our room of many spiders throughout our stay. All in all, the city is worth the trip, there are many beach side properties available. Next time, we will choose another one.

Comfortable beds. The arcade was nice for our 10 year old. Pool was great but loved the private beach. Also loved the breakfast being delivered to room. Had a great stay for four nights.

Cleanliness is perfect. Staff is awesome. The beach view is amazing and I love having the ducks around, siegels are kind of mean to them a little but ok. My only concerns are the A/C filter was full of dust and I had to clean it myself, both the patio door and the room 100 door were so heavy and get jammed a little bit, I believe that room might need a little more maintenance attention! Overall experience is fantastic.

Rooms were nice. Beach access was excellent hotel has it's own chairs so no need to bring your own. Good location to lots of shopping and eateries. I am already make plans to come back in the fall.
