Staff keep to themselves. It's a basic room hot shower, bed for sleep, microwave & fridge for food & drinks. Breakfast was disappointing..... Waffles But still better than the Travellodge.

Our room got changed to #228. 1. Our AC/heater had a hole in it that went to the outdoors in Rm #227. We could not turn the AC or heat up, down, or off. 2. The tv was inoperable. 3. The toilet flushed hard. 4. We accidentally left a pink phone charger in arm 228. We called to report it and were told we’d get a call back “if it was found.” (Does this mean if it wasn’t stolen??)

The tv and the heater air conditioner were difficult to operate. Parking was tight for a full size vehicle

They charge a 100.00 deposit because we have a dog. They said, they use it if anything is wrong with the room. As of 9 days now they have still not refunded my money on my credit card. The light and plugs didn't work by our bed. The carpet was bleached or something. It looked like blood but I don't believe it was.

Clean room. Friendly staff. Great breakfast. Plug for A/C in room wouldnt stay in but maintenance said they would fix after we checked out

Paying for a $100 deposit that was removed from my bank account. It wasn't a hold they removed it

Breakfast was decent TV wouldn't work properly. Pool and hot tub were extremely over chlorinated. Couldn't spend more than 10 minutes tops before having to leave

First room had a smoke alarm that had a dying battery, moved us to a different room. New room was decent but not a clean as one would hope.

Reanan at the front desk was awesome! Friendly, big smile every time we interacted with her! Our room was clean, as were the hallways. Bed was pretty comfy. Pool and hot tub were just what we needed after a long day of exploring. Great stay for a great price.
