The room was ok.

I enjoyed the breakfast very much. The TV was disappointing. It only had about 10 channels, and 3 of them were Spanish. There was no channel guide. It was hard to put up with. Bed was very comfortable, and the room was spacious. The personnel was kind and helpful.

Door wouldn’t lock after I tried numerous time worker came out to say batteries were dead and replaced them. Shower knob wasn’t turning on cold water. Had to have worker come show me and he struggled to get it on. Told me to push hard which I did but I wasn’t about to force it to be charged for their lack of attention. Mold in shower, hair and burnt sheets in bed. Says no smoking but the rooms smelled like unsanitary from the second u opened the door. The pool area IS BY FAR THE WORST AREA THAT NEEDS DESPERAT ATTENTION!!! I have a video showing the nastiness in which they think it’s ok to have the area used by guests yet alone children!!!! The handle bar to hold on while u enter the jacuzzi is soo loose it’s literally doing nothing for support. The pool and jacuzzi was disgusting foggy water. In my video it’s 2 different colors. My son slipped twice from the floors being left with puddles and even staining the tiles from how the water sat over time. Cracked tiles, the chair I was sitting on which is the plastic ones slipped and I nearly fell with my baby in my lap. We had 2 rooms and the main light in my sisters was not turning on. Very disappointed with my stay. Worst quality at the Quality Inn. Stay away!!

Very helpful and curious staff

The service and the maintenance is poor. They charge a $100 deposit that would be refunded after 10days. Do not count on the breakfast , you would be disappointed.

Improve the staff in breakfast that is more attentive

Room was not clean. Crumbs evey where, microwave was very gross as well as the fridge.

For breakfast, I prepared two Belgian waffles, both of which had an unappetizing, sour taste, suggesting the waffle batter may not have been fresh & had been setting for weeks. Consequently, I chose not to consume breakfast. I wish I would've taken pictures. . The staff was nice.

I arrived at the hotel at 7:30 p.m and nd was told my room was not ready and that it was supposed to be ready at 4:00 p.m. They then made me wait another half hour before I was finally allowed to enter the room at 8:00 p.m. They made sure to tell me that the checkout time was still 11:00 a.m. the next day. For $200 a night I would expect a lot more. I was very disappointed. The bed was comfortable and I made the best of it, but I wouldn't stay there again.

No room service even when requested

Very hard beds, no extra pillows for the hard bed

Mattress cover would not stay on- walls were dirty. Something stuck to the ceiling- hot tub in room non functional- whole place looks dirty

Room was not as clean as you would like.

Roomy and on 1st floor. Noisy, people were stomping around all hours. Also they had a small flood above us and water poured in the bathroom through the vent. Then charged us for cleaning $100.00.

Exactly what we paid for; nice, clean room, nice pool and hottub although small and great location.

Worst motel and breakfast of our entire UP Michigan trip!!!! Our AC unit was broken and full of dust and mold!! Front desk person unfriendly nor helpful. Breakfast worst ever had in any place offering a continental breakfast. Absolutely would not recommend staying here!!!

Convenient location. An old facility but we were happy with the stay.

Clean room with comfortable beds. Breakfast was very average. The pool is very small and indoors; temporarily out of use. The bathroom is quite small.
