We paid $310 for one night for a room with holes in the wall, non working lights, ac that never stopped running and was sealed by plywood, rusty fixtures, and the worst part: a toilet that never been cleaned. The toilet seat and toilet as well as seat had urine and other “residue”. Had I not brought Clorox wipes with me, I would not have been able to use it.

Remove the cobwebs out of the rooms, and update the rusted ceiling tiles in the bathroom. Also, not have your staff in the front of the building smoking at the picnic table, it's a bad first impression.

Needs a guest laundry facility. A lot of noise can be heard through the walls coming from neighboring rooms.

The only issue we had was being able to turn left out of the parking lot due to the traffic flow. Traffic signals are not synchronized. It is almost impossible to do. you have to turn right then go up and turn around just to go left on the road.

It was right across from the beach and next door to a store and restaurant. The room could’ve been cleaner. We could tell it wasn’t well vacuumed.

Very friendly staff quite and clean no complaints

The picture at booking did not match up with the room we got. The room we got was in poor condition. Lots of contractors staying and were kind of loud at night. We checked out after one night because of the noise from the contractors and I felt a little bamboozled between the picture at booking vs what we got

Clean and quiet. The staff was very helpful. The location was at the West edge of town so it was easy to get in and out of without too much traffic. I would stay there any time I came to Traverse City.

We drew an unlucky arrival because a previous guest had an accident in the hot tub, so it was closed for sterilization. Guests must realize that if you want daily housekeeping, you MUST specify a daily visit or else nobody will enter your room. Finally, we tipped the hard working housekeepers, but discovered the guy stripping the rooms often pockets the money. Give the tip to the front desk in the envelopes by the Bible if you want the housekeeper tipped. Not a perfect experience but we wanted value and our needs were served properly. Excellent breakfast offering. This saved our family 40 bucks a day in avoiding morning restaurants.

The bathtub faucet was rusting off and difficult to use, the toilet was sweating which left the floor wet, toilet paper holder fell partially out but the screws pushed back in, a door lock was falling off, we lost tv signal for quite a bit, the power switch popped out leaving half the room dead while no one was using anything, the breakfast was not good at all with dry ass egg product and not much else if you don’t like waffles and oranges, the parking lot was extremely crowded every evening. The staff was nice and kind and my kids loved the cookies, the hotel itself was mostly clean, the location is great, air works, beds have ok sheets and are firm and comfy. Cheap for the area, you get what you pay for.

Only a few ice machines worked. TV was hard to work...had to have tech come twice to get any channels...no directory. Breakfast was minimal. Not usually what I expect from a Quality Inn

We didn't have much interaction with the staff, just at check in. Didn.t use the hot tub or the pool. The room was clean and breakfast was good, with a wide variety of choices.

Room was very clean. Bath and halls were clean, but old.

Staff was very kind, booking was very easy! Continental breakfast was great, and room was clean! Bed was listed as a queen but felt more like a full size bed, but other than that the stay was great!
