We enjoyed our stay at Seasons Inn. Very well kept and clean. Anytime we needed anything, the staff was always willing to help. We definitely recommend it, and would stay here again. Thank you for making our stay enjoyable.

I didn’t like the staff. They didn’t tell me anything about amenities. I had to ask if they had any food for breakfast and never knew that there was a swimming pool. Never noticed it either. Also, the most I ever paid for a single room. It had two beds but only needed the one. Otherwise, clean. I hope that helps those the are planning on staying there.

the room was smaller then pictures. the floor of room was flithy we got floor wet and put towel down when we picked it up it was black. all vents were flithy pool was clear looking but feel slimey . hot tub had a ladder in it instead of steps. outside the maintenance on the landscape was terrible weeds were waist high. a hole in wall above clothes hanger area. crack in bathtub tub did not drain well. area outside for pets where poop bags were suppose be was being used for cigarette butts. inside halls was hot and floor dirty. smelled off marijuana i would never recommend to anyone ever

Great place to stay if you're planning a vacation in Traverse City. Clean, updated rooms. Pool. Close to the beach!

We had Avery nice stay and the kids all got to swim. It’s right across the street from the lake too!

Good place to stay

This hotel served are purposes for a one night stay. Reasonably priced with normal continental breakfast.

We booked this room because there was a pool and breakfast, and both were disappointing. The pool looked like it had a film over it of some kind of dust or something and needed to be skimmed, the breakfast was bagels and mini muffins, not terrible, but by booking a hotel with breakfast I was hoping to avoid buying breakfast which we still had to do. Our room was clean for the most part, the floor needed to be swept, but the bathroom was not, there was hairs from the previous person in the shower, the toiletries were all empty or almost completely empty, and the empty bottles were super dirty. Just overall not the 8/10 hotel I was expecting from our booking.

Location was good, property is dated, but the room was clean. Just one night. Front desk assistant was very nice and helpful. The owners might think about updating the main lobby, and better hallway lighting. The units across the parking lot are a bit shady, but we had no problems. Our room overlooked the back side of the complex, and it was rough to say the least. Don't expect the Four Seasons and you'll do ok. By the way, if I owned the place first thing I would do is remove the hot tub area. I would never get in that thing.

The hotel was nice. It appeared to have been renovated recently. We visited the hot tub every day. Breakfast was good. Overall, a very good value for Traverse City during the peak season.

The breakfast was simple but delicious and filling.
-
Breakfast was basic and breakfast area was a bit small.
-
Friendly and welcoming staff, clean rooms Breakfast was inadequate, seating area was not well set up and apples as the only fresh fruit

Staff was very friendly and helpful

Everything and everyone was very nice and helpful. At breakfast it got a little crowded but other than that it was great.

It’s a good value for the location compared to neighboring hotels. That being said, it’s a noisy hotel because the walls are extremely thin. There’s clearly no investment in soundproofing. We could hear the people around us as if they were in the same room, even though they were talking in a normal voice. We had a small, cramped and oddly configured room. It’s obvious that the dog-friendly rooms are not as nice as the non dog rooms. If and when we return to Traverse City area, we would definitely stay somewhere else. The street where this hotel is located is congested and loud 24/7.
