Seasons Inn Traverse City

The room was exceptionally clean with comfortable beds and linens. Will definitely stay again and the price was so reasonable and close to wineries.

Clean room. Got in really late and checked in no problem

Useful wifi tv would work better

The bed was really soft and uncomfortable and when i asked the manager to change rooms , at first he didn't believe me and then he told me they were full and didn't have any other rooms, even though the parking lot was almost empty. I gave it 1 star only because they didn't have 0 stars. I paid for 2 nights and left after 1.

Front desk staff were not always easy to locate but were helpful when there.

Hotel was clean and quiet. Mattress very soft. Hot tub and pool area clean and good temps. Continental breakfast was very basic, cold cereal, toast, yogurt, boiled egg… - no hot food selection . Eating area was very small. We chose to not eat at the hotel. Would stay again.

The desk clerk, Johnny, was very accommodating and friendly. He was very considerate. The room was very clean. The bed was very high and I had a hard time getting in the bed. I joked and said I need a footstool to get up. The was the only fault I had.

Room, was a room. Beds were okay. Shower was so tiny. Floors were dirty

Stayed with our dog for the first time. Very clean room & easy access to outside. Easy check in & out. Our beds were higher than home otherwise would have given 5 stars. Good place to stay.

We had a two night stay. It was comfortable and clean. Enjoyed the swimming pool. Enjoyed the hot tub, but the Jets weren’t all circulating properly. Had adequate minimal continental breakfast. Great location. Hotel was nice but dated.

The room was clean and newly remodeled; the hallways and elevators were musty smelling. The staff was not knowledgeable about the billing. The bed was so high I bring 5 ft 1 in needed help to get in.

The beds were so comfortable and clean.

Room was a nice set up. Bed was too high off the ground. Property was remolded recently. Unfortunately when I pulled back sheets found hair on sheets😞

CLEAN

The room was great. Good towels, soft pillows. Easy parking and great location. Quiet.

It was basically nice, the room was much smaller than the picture looked. There was not a closet, although there was a hanging rod for hangers in the room. The pool and hot tub were nice. Overall all it was nice, morning special or spectacular.

Clean room, bathroom was clean, would definitely stay here again. Bed was comfortable however middle was sinking, and sink in bathroom was slowly draining. No biggie though.

Great facility! Very well kept rooms, nice pool and hot tub, overall a great experience

I expected the hotel to be more updated for the cost. Bathroom door stuck, counter in the bathroom pulling away from the walls and the room had an odd smell. Also the beds were not very comfortable.
