Property was clean and well maintained, and the staff was friendly and helpful. It was high quality with an affordable rate.

The pool and hot tub were nice. Breakfast was the bare minimum. The rooms were clean and the beds soft.

Unfortunately, my experience with the owner/manager overshadowed the positive parts of my stay. Because the weather was rainy and dreary, I called the front desk shortly before 10:00 a.m. to ask whether I could check out that day and receive a refund for the following night. I was told that four hours’ notice was required and that I would not receive a refund. After reviewing my Hotels.com reservation and not seeing that policy, I went to the front desk and politely asked where the four-hour requirement was stated. Instead of showing me the policy or calmly explaining it, the owner/manager became hostile, repeatedly said he did not have to show me anything, and told me to leave the hotel. While I was checking out and requesting documentation, he continued I understand that hotels have cancellation policies and that a refund may not always be available. My complaint is the disrespectful and unprofessional way the situation was handled. A straightforward explanation or a copy of the policy would have resolved the matter. The room was clean, but based on the customer service I received, I would not stay here.

The only cons are that the breakfast is very limited. Just cereal, bread/muffins/bagels, milk, coffee, tea, and juice. Nothing hot, but it's free :) That is not a criticism, just letting you know in case you want a place that has a hot breakfast. This isn't a fancy hotel, so it doesn't have built in phone charger ports in the nightstand or light fixtures, but if you want to stay somewhere safe where you get a good value for your dollar, this is the place. It has comfy beds, good A/C, and nice staff. It is pet-friendly which is why I chose to stay here and it met my expectations. The staff exceeded them. Thank You!

Nice enough hotel, great location! Hotel was very clean. Breakfast was okay, nothing special. Pool was being renovated one day we were there but the hot tub was great.

The property is a 1950's style motel. They have remodeled the rooms, expanding the size of each unit. The bathroom was exceptionally spaceous. The bed was beyond comfortable. Everything inside and outside was exceptionally clean. The owners went out of their way to answer questions and make recommendations. We parked less than six feet from our door. We had 2 dogs with us and they were welcomed as well. This property is highly recommended.

It was a nice place to stay for a night. The room was clean and neat and the continental breakfast was minimal, but it was adequate.

The room had a moldy/musty smell, we had to sleep with the window open. There was mold on the wall above the shower/tub.

Our room was wet and muggy. The floors were constantly wet.

Decent stay for the money. My biggest suggestion would be to improve your signage. Hard to find even after driving to and from several times. I just think the other businesses grew up around the hotel and they just need to get a bigger sign now. Very self-serve oriented. Overall better than average.

The hotel building itself is old. The bathroom appeared to have been renovated. The room was very clean! We stayed for two nights, and the trash was removed and the towels were changed throughout the day
