Clean rooms

I loved the easiness of the breakfast drop off to the room. I liked the beach vibe of the rooms and that the beach was so close. The staff were so kind.
-
The view was amazing!! It was our kids most favorite part of the vacation.
-
The breakfast are boxed up and delivered to your door. That was surprising, I’ve not seen that before
-
We appreciated breakfast brought to the room! The staff were helpful and communicative. The room was clean and spacious. Only suggestion is to have recycling. The delivered breakfasts come to the room in cardboard boxes which should be recycled. Guests also always have cans and plastic bottles to recycle as well.
-
Nice clean rooms, boxed breakfast drop off at room each day at requested time was good and nice choices, Beautiful beach and Traverse City East Bay view.

The staff was friendly and helpful, though I was surprised at check in where at $500 per night, the desk person handed me a tablet and said put your own info in. The beach is nice, especially for young families, and the boat rental was convenient. The room - we had the deluxe lakeside room - is tired and underwelming giving the price point. The doorwall screen kept wanting to fall out, fridge was iced over - but worked. In fact, our last stay was just before covid and it was all the same. Probably our last time here.

Very good

I’ve stayed here numerous times in the summer and the cleanliness and upkeep of the property has regressed so much. And this last stay I had truly disappointed me. The rooms smelt like urine. Bugs everywhere. The carpets turned our feet black after 5 minutes.

Our room was clean. The beds were comfortable. The hotel was clean. I seen the staff mopping regularly throughout our visit and one of the staff was wiping down the luggage carts. The breakfast was ample. Sure nice that they delivered it to our room and on time. I would definitely stay here again.

Room was great! Beds were fantastic and very clean! View and location was perfect! Coffee maker in room is not so good, however, they have coffee 24/7 in the lobby that was great! Will definitely be back!!
