Housekeeping was terrible never cleaned or refreshed towns for 4 days/ 3 nights. Property run down, room smells musty. Kids had fun at beach and pool. Good location

Great hospitalities. The stuff, the breakfast, and the clean and Comfortable. was 10 out of 10. I will definitely come back and highly recommend booking Sugar Beach Resort.

The staff were the absolute best. Everyone was kind, friendly, and always willing to help. And, we appreciated that the indoor pool and hot tub were for adults only the last hour of the evening.

After the first day of not very good items, we opted to go to Denny’s down the street. It was much better. They should give guests credit if you do not take the lousy breakfast box. No place to eat, just in your room.

When I went to shower the first night there was toothpaste on the shower wall and a wad, I mean wad of hair on the shower floor. There is no way the shower was cleaned. Yes I took pictures. There was also hair stuck to the front of the toilet. The bathroom was dirty. There was also vomit on the stairs going to the third floor. If you want a place to stay that is far from relaxing then this is your place.

Wow! Love this place! Great room with a fantastic view; a few steps away is the beautiful lakefront. Staff is helpful and friendly.

Just a few feet from the lake. Good location in Traverse City. The room doors do not close easily, need a good push to shut the door. Breakfast choices were adequate.

Be warned that the ‘fitness center’ is barely functional, but otherwise this is a lovely property and Alex at the front desk was amazing.

Fit our needs for a two night stay. Location is great. Sand and water are beautiful!

The air conditioning to loud and doesn’t cool second when we did the reservation we requested first floor with the lake view but we got a room it wasn’t with view I asked if we can what we reserved with a view she said we are sold out and she wasn’t cooperating so we no longer we going to reserve at this hotel

Great place and located near restaurants, activities, etc. Updated and clean room with a great balcony. Highly recommend.
