On the beach, free chairs & umbrellas, indoor pool & hot tub, free breakfast delivered to my room. Late checkout (11 am) included. Comfortable bed, large room.

The beach, the pool, the hot tub, the breakfast delivered to your door, the Starbucks coffee in the room…everything was perfect! We enjoyed every minute and will definitely be back! Staff was friendly and helpful.

It had an amazing location-obviously right off of beautiful Lake Michigan. It was extremely outdated in terms of interior design, and looked very worn and in need of a full renovation. In addition, some of the staff should definitely not be working in the hospitality industry— not very friendly. Others seemed nice though. Definitely should work on making the overall property management team (including management) more friendly/ nice / helpful in order to maximize the amazing location the hotel has been given.

Our family wanted to get a mini trip in before school started and this was perfect. The beach was nice on the hotel property and easy to get a nice spot on the beach. The hotel provides a little breakfast box every morning which is a nice gesture. It’s not a super modern hotel but we have no issues with our room and the staff was great. When we come back we’ll stay here again.

The ONLY complaint that I had was that Expedia described some of the available rooms as having "no view", so I assumed that meant if I selected a room that DUD NOT have "no view" in the description, we would get a view of the bay. Unfortunately, that was not the case sp we got a view of the parking lot 😐 Aside from that, the mattresses were probably the MOST comfortable I have ever experienced in any hotel (and I travel a lot) and everything was maintained meticulously.

Really nice space and private beach. We enjoyed our stay. The room was really humid though despite using the AC and nothing would dried over our 3 night stay. This was a little unpleasant. Otherwise we loved our stay!

Overall, it is nice. The only issue was a big spider on bathroom counter! Beds were comfortable, breakfast is left at your door which is nice.

I loved the easiness of the breakfast drop off to the room. I liked the beach vibe of the rooms and that the beach was so close. The staff were so kind.

The staff was very helpful and nice. They went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable. The rooms are spacious and clean! Also a great location! We had a wonderful time! Everything was great!
