Needs updating. Bathtub looked dirty, coffee was bad, poor breakfast selection

Highly suggested.

Great location, very friendly staff. We had a wonderful time.

I don't blame staff as I stated earlier, they were quite helpful and tried their best to address issues...there were just so many challenges. Property needs to significantly improve cleanliness of rooms and maybe consider updating. Doors should also routinely to be checked to ensure they are closed/locked properly. Someone had used the bathroom in one of our rooms and not flushed. The door was open upon arrival so either housekeeping never cleaned room or someone accessed it passing by. Quite an unpleasant experience.

Elevator wasn't working causing an inconvenience as we were staying on the third floor. Room was clean and quiet.

Upon check-in I had to wait minutes before anyone showed up. My partner just had foot surgery 3 weeks ago so we were not happy when told the only elevator was broken - and our room was on the 3rd floor and to access the stairs we had to walk to the end of the hotel. The guy was rude - and when I asked about the discounts I could use with my Wyndham Rewards - he acted as if he couldn't care less. The bed was hard. There was someone else's gray hair on the bathroom's sink and tub. The hotel's hallway carpeting seemed like it was new 50 years ago. The width of the hallways was so narrow that if you stood in the middle of the hall and stretched out both arms you can touch both walls. I was lead to my room by an employee (who seemed embarrassed by our plight -it was only their second day working) that it seems like management "does not put in money into updating the place!". Because it was the weekend there is no room housekeeping until the stay reaches 3 nights. The air conditioner seemed erratic - we were constantly trying to maintain a constant temperature. I learned my lesson - from this point forward I will never, ever stay in a Days Inn hotel!!!

Ended up just sleeping there. Elevators were out of service. My room was on the 3rd floor. When I checked in a lady did carry my smaller suitcase to the room but no housekeeping or help for the rest of my stay. The check in attendant did say they had people leaving on the 1st floor the next day. She suggested I check in the morning but no luck. Parking was available and it's a bit hard to get out of because of the busy traffic. The property is worn and a bit musky.

A nice room and a good whirlpool tub. Elevator out of order for our entire stay, microwave in room was inoperable. Breakfast was dismal - granola bars and coffee, no juice one day. They did provide yogurt and muffins one of the three days. The woman at check in was very nice. The other times was staffed by a person on his cell phone and hard to understand.

Thought the price was a little high for what was delivered.

Thanks

Room was nice but they told us elevator was not working and we had to walk up 3 floors. No way! He finally gave us a room on 1st.

If you’re bougie don’t stay here. It was alright. Location is great and staff were friendly. Bed was comfortable, shower and air were great. However, this is a much older hotel in Traverse. It’s very dated, carpets need to be replaced. Keep in mind if you found a price here that’s too good to be true, there’s a reason why. You’re not getting anything high end. For me, it was a place to sleep for a work conference. It didn’t bother me.

Dirty and elevator and ice machine did not work. Awful breakfast

The stay at Days Inn by Wyndham was below subpar. The elevator was out of service from Tuesday until we left Thursday with no attempt to fix it so we had to use stairs. We were told they were working on it but saw nobody actually trying to fix it. I am handicapped so it was a huge problem. The buttons to go up & down were cracked & broken. The landscaping on property was loaded with weeds & dead flowers/ bushes. The a/c shuts on & off all night long & is super loud. Had to turn tv up every time it went on. All in all it was super run down & crappy!! Think twice b4 you stay here.

The room had bed bugs so I did not stay and I am waiting on my refund!

I love to stay there , its very clean .

It was fine

In room jacuzzi was great. AC was good and cold in our room. Breakfast was lackluster and boring. The elevator broke on our checkout day and we were on the 3rd floor. Can’t complain to much about that, nothing they could do.
