There is only one staff member on at a time. No housekeeping M-W according to the front desk. We had to ask for towels and tissues for the room. Room was filthy and the top sheet had sand on it from the previous visitor. Carpeting was stained. Tub had stains. Shower was lukewarm warm at best. Ice machines in hotel broken. Used our towels and was told to put outside the room for someone to pick up which never happened. Our room was second floor right near the washer and dryer. The hours are stated for use but not enforced. Super loud and had individuals slamint them shut at 4 am. Mentioned my concerns to the staff. The male staff member was too busy smoking cigarettes outside or on his phone at the desk. Was told I could not get a refund due to our disgust. Called customer service for Wyndham and was told they would get back to me in 10 business days. What a joke

The ac worked, the room was clean but the bed was not vet comfortable

Over priced rooms that were not maintained. We had a 2 queen bedroom that felt more like 2 double beds. Large stains on the carpet, bugs in the bathroom sink each night (just regular bugs, not bed bugs). Bathroom sink faucet drained really slow, toilet seat was not on tight and bathtub needed to be repaired. Faucets were gross and a lot of buildup on them. 2nd floor elevator button only worked by going up to go back down, elevator floor was dirty everyday we were there. Plan on eating breakfast elsewhere unless you’re ok with just a light snack. The pictures on the website do not represent the establishment. 2 other families were actually commenting similar statements when we were checking out.

Great location! A little dated and do not recommend room 109 as it was so noisy all day and night. Didn't really encounter staff except at check in but he was nice. Breakfast is very basic. If you come here for a great location and simple bed for rest, you will enjoy.

Old and dated
-
Hotel super hard to turn into because of proximity to the intersection.
-
Tub was chipped and shower control corroded and perhaps missing a part. No maid service during 2-day stay; did not refill coffee-making supplies or bathroom amenities in room during 2-night stay. Absurdly high price for this quality of lodging, but it WAS during a weekend at a very desirable tourist destination. Gruff receptionist.

Parking was easy , the place is dated but clean , beds comfortable

-
the room was comfortable. the window coverings did not close properly
-
Bed Light outside the room.

Didn't have room

The other issue was the carpeted floor. It was very dirty and needed to be professionally cleaned, not just vacuumed.
-
Room felt damp. Bed was not firm. Seemed like it needed a very good cleaning.
-
Run down hotel in need of maintenance. Not very clean, no room service. In need of remodeling.
-
No shuttle service.

I loved the price for the week. The staff was friendly and helpful. It is only a short walk to the beach. We road our bikes downtown traverse city and it was only 30 minutes. Located 30 to 45 mins to sandunes and torchlake. Overall great experience. Great fishing spots in walking distance.

Bed Check-in was at 4pm as the sign says it is at the front desk I pre-checked with my arrival at 4:30pm the day before. Thought my keys would be there when I arrived at 4:15pm. I did not get my room until 5:50pm and missed dinner plans with my friends while waiting in the lobby during this time and seeing 4 other parties get their rooms before me. This is unexceptable especially for a Genius Level 3 member!

The hot tub was just what I needed.

Day staff was ok, night staff was good. Unfortunately, we had a fire alarm at 5 in the afternoon. Fortunately it was a false alarm.
