Great staff, very helpful and friendly, and the room was excellent as well as a great shower & bath. Only issue was a room was available at 11:00 AM and they charged me another $50 for early check in. Seems a little over the top.

It was clean and on the water. The staff was not the best they were not service oriented. For the room being expensive the staff should have have been more accommodating.

Stayed there for a 2 night stay and were very happy with the accommodations. Staff was very friendly and the room and property were exceptionally clean. Continental breakfast was very good.

I found the property to be safe, clean, and in good condition. My criticism is that there were no dedicated USB connections in the room. That seemed to be an opportunity for a new construction.

Staff was pleasant and personable, the room was clean and comfortable, and to top it all off - the view from our room was MAGNIFICENT! We wished our walk-out patio was slightly more private. A magnifying mirror in the bathroom would be a real perk.

We enjoyed our stay emensely. The room was clean and the view was wonderful. The staff was so helpful and friendly. I am looking forward to staying there again in the near future.

They checked in daily to see if we needed anything. The rooms are comfortable and clean. The lakefront area was well maintained and very clean. Chairs are wiped down, walkways are sprayed off and trash was removed. Impressive attention to detail.

Even wine for sale in lobby. Good parking. Gas fire table and chairs outside was nice. Rooms super clean. Keurig and fridge with freezer and .microwave there. Have stayed twice and definitely would again

All staff was so kind and so helpful. The hotel is well maintained and so clean and cozy! I love the fire pits and cozy breakfast room. We will definitely be back here next year!

The resort was clean, comfortable, and had everything I needed for a great stay.
