Everything was nice at the Resort had a nice time, it was very clean and seemed pretty freshly remodeled, the only thing and we let the front desk know was in the room in the shower may need a little bit of cleaning and calking at the bottom of the shower looks like a little mildew growing ( easy fix ) they said their workers have been working on getting this fixed. We will go back again.

This property advertised a breakfast buffet for $10.99 per person. It was advertised as a large all-you-can eat buffet. When inquiring at check-in what time the buffet started, we were laughed at and told they hadn't had the buffet in years. Now the have a complimentary "continental" buffet of fruit, yogurt, cold cereals, Assad sweet breads, scramble eggs, and bacon or sausages. No waffles, no French toast or pancakes. I'm so tired of this kind of breakfast at hotels. This hotel has a restaurant but not open for breakfast. The king size bedroom was very roomy and even seemed like it was missing furniture. It could have used another easy chair and side table. Of course, our room had a view of rooftop air conditioners and parking lot instead of the lake. The hotel was not full and they could have placed us in a partial lake view to say the least. Also, a major panel of granite was missing from the counter top in the bathroom. 😒

The rooms were okay. The water view was beautiful. Has outdoor seating on the beach and patio. Beautiful night to sit and watch the stars. Hotel needs some updating but it was fine for our one night stay.

No WIFI for my husband’s work computer for the 6 days we were there. We asked about WIFI daily, they said they would reset the router. No resolution. We heard others ask about WIFI too. We were told they were redoing the kitchen so not the normal breakfast, only two hot items given every day. Orange juice machine only worked the first day, not after that. Ice machines randomly worked. They redirected you to multiple floors to get ice, changing daily. The staff tried to be helpful when we arrived but after that when we couldn’t get WIFI it went down fast. When I booked the reservation, I may have read that they would not clean your room the entire stay. That’s OK but we ran out of towels, garbage needed to be taken out and we ran out of toilet paper. I had to ask the cleaning person for something everyday. That was easy because the cleaning people were just sitting in the hallway, on their phones.

We loved the restaurant on site and found all staff very pleasant & helpful. We had a first floor walkout. The moment we walked in, we could feel the room was very "soggy". Everything felt damp. We could not rectify this at all. We did not sleep well. When the air ran, it was cold and instantly got humid when it stopped running. It was very 2uncomfortable.
