Waste of money, a lot of money

We arrived at 2:30ish, and they let us check in then instead of having us wait until 4pm. The room was clean, and nice and cool as it was very hot outside and it was refreshing to walk into a cold room. Only one issue is that we had 4 people in the room and it didn't seem as though there was enough room for suitcases, but we made it work. we had to ask for extra wash clothes since there was only two in the bathroom and we had 4 people. other than that, it was a very nice stay. it was nice to sit on the balcony and watch the sunset and just watch the water, it was very relaxing.

The room was clean, however the outside was not well maintained. The garbages were over flowing everyday. I also did not like the fact that we had to bring our own chairs to sit on the beach. When I asked about people reserving them the staff told me that the resort next store shares the chairs and lounge chairs.

The front desk was very helpful

There was no elevator and we were on the 2nd floor. Hard to get suitcases and other totes up and down.

If you go to this hotel, please request an inside room. The noise was very loud from the outside. We tried to change rooms but, they were booked and couldn't place us in another room. We did enjoy are stay, and the staff were very nice.

This was our first vacation anywhere ever and we absolutely loved it.Staff was super friendly room was perfect.Will definitely be coming back next year!

The stay was great, most comfy beds ever! Kind staff!

It’s a nice place to stay with the grass area and the beach. The air conditioning units are loud in the room and on the balcony. It was hard to sit outside since they were loud. The staff was great.

The room was pretty clean except for the bathroom floor, which needed cleaning. Since the bathroom was "accessible," there was no sill or barrier to keep the water from running out onto the floor. This is understandable, but the water actually ran under the bathroom door, and out the main entry door into the hall. Our showers created a small puddle in the hall every morning. The sliding glass door out to the lake was old and difficult to slide open or closed. The backyard area down to the beach was actually pretty nice. There were sitting areas and a small lawn between the back door and the beach. The beach was fine. The free continental breakfast was nothing special. We were there 4 nights and the pastries were always a little stale. We paid over $450 per night, It should be more like $200 at most.

Everything about this place was beautiful except for Kevin. If you ever want to feel like you, are you going to somewhere?You're not invited to or not.Welcome kevin is that person

the carpet, and soaked my backpack. Before we could leave, I had to blowdry my backpack before I pack to leave.

The lawn and beach area was lovely. The room was very nice and clean. Only down side was the outside traffic was pretty loud on street side rooms

We had a wonderful stay , the room was clean and the staff were very friendly and helpful, beautiful views and great amenities, we will definitely be returning.

Room was nice, had an issue opening the patio door and OJ was quick to help and get it open for us. Grounds look great and were clean. Room was clean. Bed & bedding was clean and comfortable. Pleasant stay, and will consider booking here again

Property was a nice beach spot. Room was good, roomy, and clean. Actual key for door lock to open room but that was only kind of odd thing. Would stay again.

We love staying here! The cookies at 8:00 p.m. was just the perfect way to end a day. There are so many nice spots that's close by. Our view is breathtaking. There is a place next door where you can rent jet skis. Kayaks pontoon boats. Beach towels are included at the resort. They have snacks and ice cream in the lobby.10/10 definitely recommend
