clean rooms, helpful staff

Pleasant stay right on the beach. Rooms are a little musty, small baths , old carpets but outdoors are very well maintained, constantly cleaned. Staff is very friendly and helpful. Had a great stay with family on with lots of beach time.

I would 1000% stay here again! The staff, room in view was absolutely amazing!
-
Beautiful view from balcony or their beach. Very clean and well maintained,
-
Nice rooms and views, though our screen door was off track. No staff at the front desk when check-in and out, having to wait and try to find someone.

Clean room, GREAT view balcony bay side. Beds comfortable, big room, recently remodeled. Breakfast available on weekends, smelled good. Staff helpful, friendly and always available. Would stay again. Cold plunged in the bay, since weather was chilly. Loved it.

Kevon was great and super helpful! Room was clean and comfortable

Breakfast was served at the hotel next door which was not a big inconvenience. The staff was very friendly and helpful at both properties. Only gripe I have was that the entrance doors to the rooms on each end of the property are exposed to the main street which makes it noisy with the traffic in addition to being drafty. Some better weather stripping around the doors could potentially reduce both issues. All other rooms were enclosed within the hotel's hallway. The complementary coffee in the lobby made by Panther Coffee was nasty for my taste buds. Wish they would have given at least another option, even simple Folgers like the hotel next door had. However, overall if we ever come back to Traverse City, this will be our main place to stay at again!

Beautiful location right on the beach. However the hotel is a bit older, could use some upgrades. Breakfast was disappointing, but their space for breakfast is very limited.

Lakeview room had a great view and balcony with 2 chairs, room size small, it did have a small fridge and large TV. Did not like that you had to go next door for breakfast. Older building but everything decent for the price.

I only had one issue with the property. Both nights people were up screaming and stomping through the hallways until after midnight or later. We didn’t get back until after 11 one night and it wasn’t quiet through the halls by any means. I would put a sign in your office enforcing quiet hours.

Incredible beech view with easy access to the water
-
Great view of the beach and lake. Didn't eat there. Staff was excellent and accomodating. No elevators. Needs to be mentioned in the write up. Staff helped with our luggage.
-
The hotel is really a motel with no lobby or gathering area. Although it is on the water it is no resort. Old key entry on doors. Billed days in advance for full amount without notice.
-
Wonderful view, the landscaping is awesome and the beach is very clean. However the building needs an extensive renovation and upgrade.
-
Great place to stay with a fantastic view!

Clean, great view, fantastic one-night stay. Breakfast could be better
