Wouldn’t recommend anyone staying there.

Rooms are very clean; AC works great; bathroom are very clean but need repair; no carpeting; and parking is in front of your room. Note that access to the rooms requires two steps up with no ADA access noted. Yes, I would stay here again.

Really nice staff here. Fast check in. Nice rooms.

The staff was amazing, getting out of the way to accommodate my family and I.

Would not go back as it was pretty outdated and I thought the ads for it was very deceiving. Disappointed that Wyndam would even advertise this place

Quiet

Very dirty. The ceiling above the shower was pealing paint.

Upon checkout staff said computer was down; they did not give me a price at check in, so I still don't know how much I actually paid. Bring your own toiletries-theirs are terrible. At least place was clean.

Washroom was smelly

Clean room Friendly staff

The staff is so kind, and the place has a lot of potential. Seems as if they have started renovations or updates but needs quite a bit of love. So much is outdated and there’s visible damage or use in many places. Beds are comfy. Felt safe and certainly they’ve cleaned to the their best of their abilities. No breakfast despite it being advertised. Towels and rooms amenities serviceable. WiFi fine and there are small fridges and microwaves in the rooms. Looking forward to seeing what’s next for this property.

It was good. Lots of space in room.

The staff was amazing here, but the actual accommodations were not good. The location is fine. Our first room smelled like smoke. The second room was better. The television didn't work and on our second night there, we were woken up by what sounded like a massive yard blower. We have no idea what it was. We were afraid to leave the hotel. That's how loud it was. I think this is suitable if you are thinking of camping, but it just needs a lot of updating. The staff was so kind and present, but the property needs work. Obviously, it's a less expensive option, but at minimum, a location needs to be quiet at night and the television needs to work. I understand that they are going through a transition to another company, but in the meantime, they need to keep things working. Again, the staff was great, but the actual room was a 5, and the fact that we couldn't rest or feel comfortable there is just something I want to pass along.

Really liked the small, old time feel of the hotel. Close enough to Boston for day trips in and around area but far enough outside of major Boston area to relax. Even with the World Cup going on, it was a very enjoyable stay. The beds were extremely comfortable, hard to get up and get motivated to go sight-seeing, lol. Staff (believe it was family run) kept rooms clean and always had clean towels in room each day. I would definitely stay here again. Was not a really big deal but hotel had advertised as rooms being sound proof, that was not the case. We could hear next door neighbors but their conversations were quite loud. They were a younger bunch of adults having fun and carrying on but may have been a bit too loud for some that are not as tolerant.

Quaint older motel. Bed was comfortable and the desk clerk was very accommodating despite our flight being super delayed causing us to not reach the motel until around 3am. The location was peaceful and convenient to nearby attractions. Would stay here again.

STAY AWAY. I had reserved 2 rooms for 2 nights with 2 queen beds in each. When we checked in, we were told that we had only reserved 1 room and that no other rooms were available. When I showed my proof of reservation from Expedia, their story changed and I was told that there had been a change in ownership and there had been a glitch in their computer system. After going back and forth, we were told there was nothing they could do since they only had 1 of the 2 rooms available but that they had rooms available at their sister hotel Nashoba Valley Inn 20 minute away. We were exhausted from driving and traveling to 6 states in 5 days so we drove to Nashoba Valley Inn. When we got there, we were told they only had 2 rooms with 2 queen beds for the first night and that the people in 1 of the rooms, would have to check out after the first night and check in to a room with 1 bed for the second night. We wasted so much time and effort dealing with these two hotels. We were too exhausted to cancel the whole reservation so we stayed there the first night and found a different hotel for the 2nd night.

Friendly and helpful staff, clean rooms cleaned every day.

Had what I needed — AC, bed, shower, microwave. The bathroom door didn’t close and the bathroom felt dirty.
