It was good. Lots of space in room.

The staff was amazing here, but the actual accommodations were not good. The location is fine. Our first room smelled like smoke. The second room was better. The television didn't work and on our second night there, we were woken up by what sounded like a massive yard blower. We have no idea what it was. We were afraid to leave the hotel. That's how loud it was. I think this is suitable if you are thinking of camping, but it just needs a lot of updating. The staff was so kind and present, but the property needs work. Obviously, it's a less expensive option, but at minimum, a location needs to be quiet at night and the television needs to work. I understand that they are going through a transition to another company, but in the meantime, they need to keep things working. Again, the staff was great, but the actual room was a 5, and the fact that we couldn't rest or feel comfortable there is just something I want to pass along.

Quaint older motel. Bed was comfortable and the desk clerk was very accommodating despite our flight being super delayed causing us to not reach the motel until around 3am. The location was peaceful and convenient to nearby attractions. Would stay here again.

STAY AWAY. I had reserved 2 rooms for 2 nights with 2 queen beds in each. When we checked in, we were told that we had only reserved 1 room and that no other rooms were available. When I showed my proof of reservation from Expedia, their story changed and I was told that there had been a change in ownership and there had been a glitch in their computer system. After going back and forth, we were told there was nothing they could do since they only had 1 of the 2 rooms available but that they had rooms available at their sister hotel Nashoba Valley Inn 20 minute away. We were exhausted from driving and traveling to 6 states in 5 days so we drove to Nashoba Valley Inn. When we got there, we were told they only had 2 rooms with 2 queen beds for the first night and that the people in 1 of the rooms, would have to check out after the first night and check in to a room with 1 bed for the second night. We wasted so much time and effort dealing with these two hotels. We were too exhausted to cancel the whole reservation so we stayed there the first night and found a different hotel for the 2nd night.

Friendly and helpful staff, clean rooms cleaned every day.

Had what I needed — AC, bed, shower, microwave. The bathroom door didn’t close and the bathroom felt dirty.

Very clean and easy check-in.

there was not any TV available. at all

The place is quiet. There was a small frig and a microwave in the room, which was nice. They brought us clean towels every day. We thought this was a great value. everything in Boston is so expensive. This is not too far out of Boston, especially if you plan to explore other areas as well. This is not a high class resort. But it was great for what it was. If you can look past some outdated decor and peeling paint, you will be fine. We didn't see any bugs, either, which is a big plus! The room was mostly clean, and the A/C worked well. We would definitely stay here again.

I’ve seen better bathrooms in the Bates Motel.

The hotel met our needs. It was convenient, affordable, somewhat dated but comfortable.
-
Clean well maintained rooms. Everything we needed for a short trip.
-
A bit outdated but clean and friendly staff.

This is a nice place close to the Minute Man National Historic Park. There are plenty of restaurants close in the town of Acton.
-
the front desk was very kind and helpful

The paint on room door and doorframe on the inside was peeling. The shower was small and there were no ice machines. According to their listing here on hotels.com they have laundry facilities, but when I asked at check in I was told no guest laundry facilities.
