Lora, the evening person on the desk ,went out of her way to be helpful in solving a problem we had in getting a message delivered. Her effort was much appreciated!

The room was big and very clean and the reception staff were very friendly and helpful.

Think cleaner came in once in the week, shuttle service not in use, had to skip breakfast because coffee was poor and poured from a flask and food not to our taste

Loved the staffs welcome and support of ourselves and our Scottish supporters. Always helpful and kind. Only drawback was very limited room housekeeping service - had to ask twice during our 8day stay for new towels and bin bags as only had 1 housekeeping visit in 8 days when advised every 2nd day (should have been 4 visits) - limited bed clothes changed and no hoovering. Reception staff apologised and helpful so not a serious issue but way below expectations

The room was nice and they was comfortable. There was a plastic fork stuck in the garbage disposal. There were bugs,gnats or fruit flies in the room.

Stayed here several times and it’s always consistently good and the staff is always friendly and willing to help. It’s the only place we stay in Concord

I like the large kitchen in our room. Friendly front desk as well.

The hotel was nicve and clean

The hotel is nice, newly renovated. It’s a bit difficult to find, especially at night. My biggest complaint is that there was never anyone at the front desk. I arrived at 9 PM and waited 10 to 15 minutes for someone to come to the front desk. The next morning, when I want to check out, no one was there. When they showed up, they were helpful and nice, but lack of staffing at the desk is problematic.

Our room was very clean. Breakfast was good. Staff were very helpful. Would definitely recommend this hotel.

Due to a forecasted snowstorm which caused changes to our plane schedule, we arrived 2 days earlier than originally planned. Fortunately, the hotel had an empty room. The staff at the front desk arranged for us to stay in the same room during our entire stay which was really appreciated so that we did not have to change rooms each day. The breakfast was really good and I especially appreciated the fruit compote to mix in my yogurt. It was also really nice to have a kitchenette as we stocked up on food supplies before the snowstorm hit and were able to fix dinner in the room rather than have to go out in the storm. The hotel had extra snow shovels and snow brushes for everyone to borrow to clean their cars after the storm. This was great as the rental car company did not supply these for us. We also appreciated the great job the snowplowing company did in the parking lot. I believe they worked throughout most of the night to clear the almost 2 feet of snow so that everyone could get out the following morning. All of the hotel staff were great! Nothing really.

There was a good assortment of breakfast items. The lobby is very spacious and comfortable and was a great place for our large group to congregate for breakfast and in the evenings after dinner. Very happy with our stay here. Would definitely stay here again.
