Bathroom water pressure was so good. Front lady was dishonest. She didn’t tell us that the hot water not working.

The room was huge and opened into a fenced in outdoor space. There were plenty towels for all four of us. It is located right next to a Chipotle and a Starbucks. Owner even offered to get us breakfast since we’d be leaving before it started.

The redecorating into a run-down homeless shelter was a nice touch to walk in to. I wasn’t able to stay due to the fact that it was converted into a homeless shelter months prior. We were not notified of the change, and had to make more expensive, last-second alternative plans in order to stay in the area for our business trip.

I frequent this property several times a year. staff is always helpful and friendly. under renovation. told property is being rented for 2 years, by the Govt for housing undocumented and other homeless people. I guess this was my last stay.

Everything was fine...rooms are clean, staff friendly and helpful, breakfasts fantastic! Thanks so much as always! Heater in the room--I understand that it is probably the only type you can have, but the noise, heat (very dry) & location are not ideal. Neither of us had a great sleep.

The Staff was excellent and very accommodating. Tonya is a very kind person who goes above and beyond to meet the guests' expectations. The breakfast is always good, and the dining area is always clean. The fire alarm going off. A comforter on the bed would be nice. The sliding glass door was horrible. I even ended up fixing it.

Older hotel but clean and staff was really friendly. I would stay again. Room had a little smell to it but it was very clean.
