Safe location, nice size room. Beds were comfortable. Bathroom door didn’t close in the room, odd odor by the room door, rooms need some TLC

First thing I saw upon entering the room was a large roach, so I was concerned. It turns out that it was the only one I saw. Staff was helpful when I reached out. Continental breakfast was disappointing compared to other hotels under this brand. The hotel is independently operated and not corporate. I was stranded there for three days due to auto issues while traveling. I found it to be adequate.

Breakfast selection wasn't great. Other than that, the location was very convenient. I like that the room floors were a laminate, not carpet. Bed was a little soft for me, but overall pretty comfortable. Breakfast selection.

Location worked perfectly for us. The hotel was nice and it had a pool, which is something I really wanted. The breakfast lacked a lot. Four types of cold cereal and some type of breakfast burrito you put in the microwave, which my husband said was horrible. There was a Burger King right across the drive and a McDonald's across the street, though, so we just got breakfast biscuit from them.

It was basically a room. 1 chair in the room and it was nasty. A drink had been spilled behind the night stand and not cleaned up. 1 small waste basket in the room.

It was close to the interstate. The room was dirty. Shower pressure was nonexistent. Beds need changed. They popped real loud every time you moved. Needless to say my family did not sleep well at all.

First room was dirty but the staff quickly got us another room. They were very helpful and were clearly upset about the condition of the first room. Overall we are happy with our stay and would book again.

Very disappointed with the facilities. Traveling with 2 kids. Looking forward to going swimming with them and the pool was green. Bathroom in room had mold by tub one on baseboards
