Quality Inn Adairsville - Calhoun South

The room was not that clean at all the baseboards and walls were never wiped down. The beds were clean . But don’t think I would ever stay there again. Don’t recommend to my friends to ever stay there. It was late at night so we stopped but never again.

Room #115 smelled of mold and mildew. Bed was comfortable. Shower was hot and had good water pressure.

The room was ok, but the carpet needs changed out. We got there around midnight, slept, ate breakfast & keft by 9am. It served our purpose, but was not mayching the pictures on the site. Also, the toilet was really wobbly & needs work.

An OK stay for 1 night while on the road. It was not clear that the rooms were outside entry, but did feel safe. It was nothing fancy but allowed for a good nights sleep.

Very moldy smell in room.

The staff at this location is so welcoming and friendly. Breakfast was fresh and very good. We stayed at this location on both ends of our vacation this trip! Room on our 7/9 stay was kind of smelly, but the room on 7/12 was great.

Everything was good this visit!

This place is just..adequate. Meh. Neither horrific nor terrific . Beds were on the harder side. It was clean enough I felt like walls may have been thin, i was awakened a couple of times in the night. Best thing about it was price.

Location Room smelled of cigarettes. Also the light switches, anything you touch with your hand was grimy.

An older motel. The room was adequate for a quick stop over on a long road trip. Convenient location off I75.

It was clean and cheap The beds absolutely sucked hard as a rock. I checked in then checked out 20 mins later.

Most importantly, we found FLEAS as we were packing our car! Room smelled like pot as soon as we opened the door. Bathroom floor was dirty and there were stains on the chair that we didn’t see until the next morning. Not worth the price in any way, shape, or form.

There was literally nothing we liked about the property. We actually decided not to stay at the property after seeing the room. And was still charged. We walked into the property and we tried to use the bathroom in the office at check-in and there was water all over the floor with the door open in the same area as the food. Then we went into the room there was paint falling off of the ceiling and extremely heavy smell of mold and the room smelled like smoke even though we asked for a non-smoking room.

Close to highway exit, staff was friendly, mattress was fairly comfortable. Room needed update, carpet was old and dirty looking, furniture had spots and stains, found bugs in room and running around in bathroom area.

Room smelled strongly of cat pee. Had to request new room for our stay bc the smell in the room was overwhelming.

The beds were clean and comfortable. That's the one good thing. The general appearance of the room, furniture, was shabby. Is obvious the facility was attempting to meet Choice Hotels standards but the renovations were of shoddy, cheap work. Would not of stayed if had option. As stated above, shoddy renovations. Poor overall appearance of room. Hole in drywall. Toliet not secure to the floor. Tile work not completed, not caulked properly. Baseboards dirty looking. Entry door cheaply painted, scuffed, dirty appearing.

Was lied and charged another night

Only complaints were a group of kids stayin upstairs and going down to their truck all night, smoking pot. The also had parked blocking the handicap ramp.

Bed mattress was a bit lumpy but the sheets were soft. Breakfast was decent for continental and the black out shades were good.

Everything was fine. The staff were great. The room was clean and tidy. Water was hot, plenty of towels and the bath was spotless. There was some wallboard tape coming down off the ceiling. I notified the front desk on checkout and they said they would fix it. I would probably stay again if I were to pass by.
