Heavily intoxicated shirtless man in elevator, pants undone & hanging open. He got on & off at 1st floor, couldn't select a floor or wasn't a guest. Called the front desk, attendant was bothered that I called. 2 women getting on elevator were frightened

I had an excellent visit at this hotel. The rooms were very nice and everything smelled as if it was brand new. The hallways and elevators were very clean. The staff was very accommodating. The outside grounds were well kept also. This will definitely be my go to place to stay whenever I am in Aiken.

The room was clean and the staff was friendly and accommodating. There was plenty of parking spaces and the breakfast was a great bonus!

Excellent quality and value.

Honestly, the hotel was very nice, and the staff was great. Found out the pool was not open by trying to go to the pool and it was not filled, which is unfortunate because I stayed in a hotel rather than my trip venue specifically to have a pool, so that was a disappointment. Housekeeping was great, breakfast was great and ready early. Expedia was going to require packing and relocating to receive my rewards back to compensate for the lack of pool, and when I complained about the pool to the hotel directly, they were very accommodating.

Very kind staff, great breakfast options better than a lot of hotels! I’m expecting so I really enjoyed the breakfast variety, but rooms and hotel were very clean and maintained. Great stay I’d love to stay again when in Aiken

The staff was 👏 awesome. They gave me details about the property like how to charge my Tesla with no issue. Directed me to the most viable meal to eat late at night and even called me before my food delivery was at my door. Amazing unexpected excellence. Breakfast was decent.
