They are very nice

The location is very suspect, and the grounds are terrible. There is a pond that is filled to the top with scum and trash. Lots of unseemly looking characters that make you feel uncomfortable at the hotel. The room was not clean. Black mold on the wall, the carpet was dirty and unraveling. The bed seemed like it was unstable and could fall at any minute. The grounds and hotel are very old and in poor condition. We will not be going back or recommending anyone else to stay there. The staff was friendly and effecient, but that was it. Cleanliness, repair, security.

Gap under the door just big enough that allowed spiders and beetles to crawl under the door.

…I have stayed here twice bc it’s so cheap but u def get what u pay for…I want to like it more….the rooms def need some updating or at least change out the carpet/flooring to help it feel cleaner. The rooms are stuffy, the AC old and loud and musty….prolly shud give it 3 stars but the staff is very nice and it was my choice to be frugal and stay there.

We were rationed on towels and toilet paper. No tissues in room, took us 12 hours to get a roll of toilet paper. There was trash on floor under bedside table that was there from previous guests, and bugs on the floor when we arrived. The pictures were misleading- rooms didn't match and there was no available pool- it was a swamp in the back.

No hot water in evening. Breakfast was basically non existent.

The staff was friendly, helpful, and accommodating. Very comfortable beds with clean linens, and A/C kept the room at the set temperature. Great location with Kroger, Walmart, and Dollar Tree within walking distance. I would stay here again if limited options, but I would prefer somewhere cleaner and more secure feeling. Breakfast was lackluster. Muffins, apples, and cups of juice concentrate with a coffee machine and sometimes cereal. The bed was noisy when I moved or got in or out of it. The carpet was dirty and there was a gap in the door frame large enough for bugs to get through. Water-stained ceiling, gaps in the drywall, and bug carcasses under the furniture. The parking lot was littered with cigarette butts and trash. Some of the guests were questionable, often stopped and asked for money in the parking lot. Not a secure feeling stay.

We arrived very late at night and the lady that checked us in was so lovely and helpful! If we are ever in the area again we will stay there and say hi to her!

It was convenient and exactly what I would suspect for the price. Room was clean and the bed was comfortable. I would give it 3-4 Stars. We will stay here again. Older motel, could use upgrading.

The lobby inside is about the only thing that was clean. Let's back up and start by saying my original trip for my anniversary was changed, so we chose to rent a room for the weekend and enjoy a hot tub jacuzzi . Entering the room there was torn wallpaper, filth and dirt everywhere. I spent an hour with my own cleaning supplies cleaning the room. Sanitized everything. The bed sheets had stains so I brought my own. The room was much better when I left. The jacuzzi was perfect. The 2nd day did not have water for about 4 hrs. The place. Could have a very nice Hotel if the owner would update the room and clean up the property. Train your employees the right way. I could have those rooms in tip top shape in no time. Maintenance would be fired. Front desk staff are rude. Not much for a breakfast but nice. I personally heard the front desk staff and maid talking about me for asking for more coffee and towels. Disrespectful. Would not waste my money again.

Meh, good for an overnight.. shady characters roaming around. Leak above bathroom dripping on toilet. Didn’t wanna risk the “hot tub”.

Near shopping and restaurants

It was convenient and located in a good spot. The carpet was stained. The room had a strong bad odor. Hair was all over the floor and shower walls in the bathroom. It was loud and people were up outside all night.

The rooms were dirty. They smell bad. The furniture had stains and rip marks all over the furniture. The housekeeper boyfriend around with a gun watching her. I was a all around bad experience. I will never go back there.

There for The Masters it was fine
