Breakfast was very good and kids like it

Expedia was NOT caring, helpful and wasn’t willing to reschedule our room & wanted to give me a penalty of $145. for something that was out of our control. Our concert had got canceled that morning due to wildfires in Spokane and the air quality. I feel like all they cared about, was money and not the safety of their customers or the community who lost their homes.😢 Sad day especially when I wasn’t even asking for a refund just a reschedule!

The staff was very friendly and helpful. The stay was very comfortable.

They have always had a typical continental breakfast that tasted good. Rooms are tidy. Staff is nice.

I know people make mistakes, but now, 5 days later still no resolution.

The room was smaller than we remembered. Have been staying here off and on fr the last 10-12 years. It is starting to get wore out and needs more extensive maintenance. Still a good place and location!

Was told if I checked out after 1pm I would be charged $35. But checked out at 11:20 and still got charged?

Convenient and affordable and provides shuttle to airport. Would stay here again.

No refrigerator in my room I thought that was standard for hotel rooms.

the toilet are so low to the floor they should have hand rails to assit in getting back up.

Front desk staff was very friendly and helpful. The room was as clean as I feel they could be as the pillows were stained and same with the window cushion bathroom counter etc. The fire alarm had gone off in the middle of the night as a false alarm which kinda sucked but the breakfast was okay! I don’t think I’d stay again for the same price I paid however it did the job for the night!

Our room was not any bigger than a walk-in closet, The bed was hard.

Would not recommend or stay again. The second floor was extremely hot all night long both in the hallway and in our room. Guests were in and out all hours of the night and it was incredibly noisy. We had to use our bedding to cover the gaps in the door as we could see into the hallway and light was shining in. Clean would be a generous term as there were dust balls everywhere and dried boogers on our wall.

This hotel has no elevator so be prepared to drag suitcases up and down two flights of stairs if your room is on the 2nd level!!! Not an easy task for a 61 year old like myself traveling alone. Otherwise, it was a pleasant stay with clean amd comfortable room and a prompt and polite shuttle to the airport.
