Hilton Garden Inn Spokane Airport

The staff went above and beyond to help us. We arrived from the airport with a car that wouldn’t start. The front reception staff and especially the van drivers helped us get our car jump started so we can go home. Thank you to the staff. We will be staying here every time we fly out of Spokane.

Honestly, as we were level 3 evacuation impacted, lodging availability was very hard. Finally, we landed here and it has been amazing. Very accommodating.

The wild fires in Spokane are causing the ventilation system in the room to smell like a campfire.

The pillows were not very comfortable, but otherwise, everything was great.

Have stayed here previously and it doesn't disappoint. Very clean and comfortable rooms and such easy access to the Spokane Airport. 24 hour shuttle service is reason for staying here. Just wish at the price there was some type of continental breakfast offerred. It would be nice to be able to grab a muffin or something quick without having to buy breakfast.

My room was spacious, clean, and had well stocked and plentiful amenities. Parking was easy, the check in process was easy, and even using the shuttle to and from was very easy. Truly impressed! The bed was comfortable, too. Had a cocktail at the bar in the evening and was met with friendly and helpful staff who made a perfect drink for each of us. Absolutely going to stay here again!

Excellent hotel. Convenient to the Air Force Base. Clean and well maintained. Restaurant on-site is a great convenience. Beds and towels were comfy.

The front desk personnel were friendly and able to answer all questions during the check-in and check-out process. The room was clean and spacious. The bathroom was a pleasant surprise with the walk-in shower (Room 142) and everything worked. Plenty of towels and hot water. Blackout curtains had complete coverage. We were travelling with American Cruise Lines and we checked in a day early. Mentioned that to the front desk and we did not have to move to a new room for the second day. Breakfast was very good and reasonably priced. Food for purchase in the market was plentiful and reasonably priced. Hotel pickup at the airport was fast (<15 minutes). Would definitely stay here again if in the Spokane area.

However, I do want to offer feedback about an experience that could have been handled with more hospitality and care. While I was getting ready to leave for a Celebration of Life, I cut my finger deeply while using a razor. There was quite a bit of bleeding, and the shuttle driver kindly brought me some Band-Aids. Unfortunately, they were too small to fully cover the cut and manage the bleeding, so I asked for more. At that point, the front desk person seemed annoyed and said, “You can buy the Band-Aids.” As someone who worked for many years as an ER nurse, I understand supplies have limits, but in the moment of blood, pain, and urgency, what a guest needs most is care & responsiveness. I would have been happy to purchase Band-Aids (& I did!), however, I was trying to stop the bleeding and get out the door to a vital event to honor someone I loved who had passed away and thought the hotel was equipped. Hospitality is not only about renting rooms. It is also about how guests are responded to when they need basic assistance. I hope this feedback is received in that spirit. A kind tone and perhaps bringing out a first aid kit too is hospitality - and to count that just as important.

I just like this hotel. Have stayed multiple times and has always been a pleasant stay.
