Hilton Garden Inn Spokane Airport

Highly recommend

Clean, comfortable, close to the airport. Stay was overpriced. $250 for one night for this room is not good value.

Room was larger than expected, clean, and the step in shower was a bonus!

We loved staying at the Hilton Garden Inn. The room was comfortable and clean and the restaurant and bar were super fun.

Superb

Very nice hotel.

Very clean! Breakfast was good but the poor waitress was the only one and overwhelmed.

Hospitality Location & restaurant convenience Clean comfortable room & easy access Room was somewhat noisy, could hear activity outside room & subtle noises from inside the room (refrigerator or something making noises)

Great location. Clean and spacious rooms. Enjoyed our stay

Room and bathroom were high quality. I do not believe vacant rooms should be kept at A/C temp of 70 degrees. Too cold for normal people upon arrival. Thermostats customer control is very nice. Wasting precious energy in vacant rooms increases cost to Corporation and is passed down to customers. Wouldn't possible reduction of cost, even if small, help to increase patronage and enhance customer perception of Hyatt brand? The thing I did not like was not enough instruction or signage or emphasis for patrons to use available shower area prior to entering pool or spa tub to maintain and support the idea of caring about sanitary conditions? Trash cans overflowing onto floor in pool area from guest partying. After mention to desk early morning, was still there after lunch time. Airway Heights, WA facility great cook(s), great food, great service. Great staff.

Exceptional

I always choose this hotel when I have an early morning flight out of Spokane. It’s consistently reliable, comfortable, and very convenient for quickly getting to the airport. The location makes those early departures much easier, and the overall experience has always been smooth. A very handy option if you need a good night’s rest before flying. It is, in my opinion, a little bit over‑priced.

We like to stay, easy access to different areas
