Paid for a suite with two queens and a trundle. Recieved a king with a trundle. Not sure how a reservation can change. Was traveling with 4 children so it was not enough beds for us and therefore no one slept well. I understand they were full and could not switch us rooms, but we should have been entitled to at least a refund of the difference plus the inconvenience.

Clean well maintained and above all fantastically convenient as a quick 30 second walk from the Spokane airport

The stay was ok, but we could not get the 2 queen beds, and there were no luggage cart to help with luggage. Breakfast was just ok, hot breakfast was cold. Room was clean, staff were nice. Parking was fine.

Great option if you want to stay near the airport. Clean and well kept, good food at the onsite restaurant, friendly staff, and the most convenient location imaginable.

I only use this hotel for overnight before an early flight. It is extremely convenient to just walk across the street to the airport.

Right across street from airport, steps away. Rooms were VERY quiet. Didn’t hear a plane. EV charging available.

Very convenient location right across from the airport. We loved that we could walk to the airport in just a minute or two, even with two young kids. The hotel was clean, and the gym was convenient, well-maintained, and well-equipped. The breakfast was excellent—one of the best we had during our entire trip. They offered a great variety of items, including muffins, scones, and other breakfast options, all of which were fresh and delicious. Overall, it was a very comfortable and convenient stay.

It is so close to the terminal and it is very very clean. The breakfast is amazing!

If you are flying into or out of Spokane International Airport and you enjoy a clean, modern, convenient hotel at a good price, then Springhill Suites by Marriot is your best bet. We enjoyed the clean room, comfortable beds, great shower and, of course, a great complimentary breakfast. The rooms are well-appointed for business travelers, but we enjoyed the room as a family on a cross-country vacation. The location of the hotel made it easy for us to return our rental car and also check-in at the terminal for our next flight out of Spokane since it is only a short walking distance to both. We were highly satisfied with our stay and recommend it to other travelers.

They updated their computer system the week before, and still hasn't worked out the kinks. The lobby was full of people trying to check in, or get rooms, but everything had to be done online and the two desk workers were overwhelmed. I'd avoid this hotel for awhile, it took hours to get checked in, the parking wasn't explained until after id already paid to park twice as well. The breakfast was wet eggs. Worst Bonvoy stay I've ever had from start to finish.
