Sleep Inn Spokane Airport

Great hotel close to the airport. Having stayed at others nearby, this one was much more comfortable with cookies and popcorn in the lounge, nice outdoor seating, soap, lotion, and shampoo conditioner in the bathroom already and plenty of towels for all in our party. Only drawback was that the bathtubs were a bit slippery as three members in our party slipped in them, so be mindful of that. Overall, a great quick stay for an early/late flight.

The hotel was very nice till I got into the room. My bathroom had a clog of hair in the drain toilet was leaking. Shower was not clean at all. The toilet wasn’t clean when I went to talk to the manager. He just had a housemaid come in and clean it as a manager of housekeeping if there’s any hair in a room that is an automatic free room and with the amount of problems I had in the room and they did nothing just because it was a third-party said they would give me points on my Expedia and never did.

Free cookies by the front desk come out often. 3 story building and grounds that looks well cared for. Helpful staff. Gas station close but have to drive a little bit. Great place to stay.

Breakfast, last year was very good. This year was okay. Lots of options are available each day: eggs, bacon or sausage, diced potatoes, biscuits, gravy, waffles, variety of breads and muffins, cereals, yogurt, and oranges. One day the eggs were basically soup and the gravy was the consistency of water- this was a day when a different breakfast staff was there. Bacon strips are more like sheer pieces of very thin paper. The property is easy on/off to highway and Denny's and a gas station on the back side of the property. I was very disappointed compared to my visit last year. Will not be back to this location only bc of the how uncomfortable the beds were.

A true display of the property’s commitment to their team is at 9:30 am when the breakfast room closes, any of the hotel staff can come in to eat any food that is left. They gather, eat, and visit with each other, and thank the breakfast room person for making their breakfast. A heartwarming site, and a way to not waste leftover food. Bravo Choice Hotels!! While the property is a couple miles out of downtown Spokane, you are minutes to the freeway to go in any direction you want. Very convenient location.

Hotel is just above average. Decent rooms and pool/spa area. Lots of communal areas downstairs. Breakfast had very little options and is the same every morning. Beware of an additional charge for the safe in your room. I've never had additional charges for a safe before. Front desk will reverse the fee for you, but I didn't even know about it until I got home and saw the extra charge on my bank account.

The entrance was difficult to find, but otherwise the hotel was great. We appreciated the grab bars in the bathroom. There was a good breakfast and cookies in the evening. Our room was reasonably priced.

Exceptional

It wasn’t what I expected. They don’t clean your room if your checked in on the weekends as I was told when I called the front desk on the first day of my stay. We stayed on the weekend and had to keep asking for towels and stuff for our room. We stayed 3 nights.
