Bed is incredibly hard and the pillows super soft, so not a good night sleep. The front desk lady took forever to make the keys. No real urgency when doing things.

Checked in late for an early-morning flight. Didn't get to explore much, but found friendly service, a clean property and room and what appeared to be nice amenities. Plenty of parking and a nice, well-lit parking lot. It is very conveniently located for those utilizing Spokane, WA (GEG) airport. Will absolutely stay here again next time we're in town.

The room was nice and the bed was super comfortable.

Really friendly and helpful staff, and my room was spacious and comfortable. Quiet, too. Great beds, pillows, mattress, and comforters. I did not have breakfast, but the coffee was perfect downstairs whenever I had some. I ordered Lyft and it arrived promptly. Definitely a good place to spend the night when in that area.

Easy access to the highway One night I had parked in the back due to no front parking being available. My key card didn’t work using the Exit entrance. I had to walk to the front entrance. I checked with the front deck and found out my key card didn’t add was only activated for one day when it was clearly I had made reservations for two nights stay.

Was a good stay overall, room was comfortable and clean, breakfast was ok, being so close to the airport makes it a little noisy.

The manager on duty was amazing. SO friendly and helpful and nice. Facility was clean and quiet. Easy parking for the airport. Shuttle was smooth.

Truck stop next door has a subway sandwich shop. Dennys just down the street. To enter parking area you drive past the hotel and down a long driveway.

It was another soulless corporate experience which will eventually consume my joy in life.

LOVE staying here! We usually have to head out super early for basketball tournaments and the kitchen staff have been awesome in the past making sure my girls are able to get breakfast items to go when they are not fully open yet! One of the staff members has been there since the hotel has opened and she is AMAZING!

Everything! Convenient to the airport, comfortable facilities, excellent breakfast. We liked everything.

What amenities? Breakfast was awful............

The staff were excellent as soon as I checked in to checking out, helping me understand the amenities that you had a bar and the swimming pool and the hot tub which I used and they were excellen!. Also, I did miss the breakfast, but I heard that it was pretty excellent. everything was great it was clean, the room was dark, I slept like a dead person, the bed was very good and all was quiet.

Staff very friendly and helpful. Rooms were clean. Loved that they had a Bar on the property! Summer, the bar tender, was great!

The property is conveniently , located, easy walking distance to places to eat and the downtown area. I will stay there again.
