Hotel is just above average. Decent rooms and pool/spa area. Lots of communal areas downstairs. Breakfast had very little options and is the same every morning. Beware of an additional charge for the safe in your room. I've never had additional charges for a safe before. Front desk will reverse the fee for you, but I didn't even know about it until I got home and saw the extra charge on my bank account.

The entrance was difficult to find, but otherwise the hotel was great. We appreciated the grab bars in the bathroom. There was a good breakfast and cookies in the evening. Our room was reasonably priced.

It wasn’t what I expected. They don’t clean your room if your checked in on the weekends as I was told when I called the front desk on the first day of my stay. We stayed on the weekend and had to keep asking for towels and stuff for our room. We stayed 3 nights.

Cookies upon arrival! Hot tub. Everything clean and well kept up. Little store with snacks, meal and games. Hot Breakfast was awesome! Our room was spacious. N/a

The rooms are exceptionally clean, comfortable, and quiet...and, everything works. Hot showers, excellent AC, and the beds are some of the most comfortable ones on which we've slept in a lodging outside of our home. Their breakfast spread (0600-0900) is fantastic! Consistently well stocked, excellent selection, and it's fresh. Hats off to Crystal for keeping it stocked, clean, and for being a friendly face first thing in the morning. Clean pool, hot tub is hot...can't beat it! Fresh cookies in the evening were a VERY nice touch too...the kids were happy! You get what you pay for. You will pay more for this place, and it's so worth it. We will be staying again the next time we need a place to stay in Spokane! Zero complaints...loved it!

Pros: Great value given the location Helpful and welcoming staff members Location very close to the Spokane airport and decently close to other tourist attractions Sufficient parking space Strong, stable wifi connectivity Plenty of dining options as it is a major city Good complimentary breakfast buffet They have a nice fitness center and pool Cons: Not that nice of a view around the property and might be a bit difficult to find off of the main road Not much of a walkable area at all except to a nearby gas station

Very clean and comfortable room; nice staff. Breakfast buffet was what you would expect. Convenient to have a bar/cafe in the lobby and nice touch to have free cookies in the lobby in the evening. Located in sort of a strange place near the airport (out by itself) so no close food or entertainment options - but that is fine if you have a car. Was a pretty good place for the cost.

This was a lovely hotel. The front desk girl was amazing. I had just stated a comfort suites in Coeur d’Alene, Idaho and the service and the condition of the hotel was awful. This is a lovely surprise on a weekend that was emotionally exhausting for me given my father had passed away, and I was there for his memorial.

Freeway traffic sound was very, very minimal

The check in staff was helpful and friendly. There was a fire alarm my last day there, there was no staff to meet us outside. Everyone just kind of wandered out without really knowing why or what else to do. Absolutely no one came to make any kind of announcement nor to tell us it was cleared to go back to our rooms. A few people asked the firemen who showed up. And that’s how I knew I could enter again. It was truly irresponsible of the hotel staff and unprofessional. But the area the hotel is in which is like a truck stop, something the great reviews the hotel gets NEVER seems to mention didn’t surprise me in terms of what you got. You get what you pay for. All the good reviews also mention what world class breakfast they have but it is your basic wet eggs and sausage, overripe fruit etc.,. Would I stay here again knowing that? No. Would I recommend, absolutely not. Didn’t believe the reviews. Pick a better spot.
