MainStay Suites Spokane Airport

The bed is too soft, it’s due to replace a new one. I heard people talking when I stay in the room. Very specious and nice

The ADA accessible room we got was spacious and clean. Beds were comfy and the kitchen had what we needed for dinner late after a concert. We went up by the mall (Newport Hiway) and got Raising Cane's chicken because it's awesome and they were open late on a Thursday, just fyi. Having the kitchen made it easy to portion out our foods, store things in the fridge overnight and reheat it when we wanted. The shower was good. Even for those who don't need the wheelchair roll-in feature, if you can get out of your head for a minute and use the thing, there are two shower heads in there and the top control was easy to figure out that it just changes between the two. It will and there's a setting in between that turns it off. I liked that I could reach the closet bar also because I'm short and it made it easy to hang up heavy coats. Breakfast was good. I couldn't plug in my charger to a couple of the wall outlets, but eventually the one in the lamp was fine and worked to charge my phone.

I arrived just as a wildfire broke out in the area. The staff

Staff was very good, The GFI kept tripping when you turned on the TV, even though the place was sold out they found us another room in the hotel. Very friendly Manager and Staff.

Room was huge and very comfortable. All was good

Breakfast was great!

Excellent, thank you

The staff were very helpful and kind. Saw how they went the extra mile to help a guest who had mobility issues.

We stay back to back Saturdays in a different room each night. The first room was great and well maintained. The second (next door) was dirty and falling apart.

Convenient location for Airport, with a shuttle or off-hours hotel uber. You can even leave your car there for $5/day, while traveling. Clean. Decent breakfast. Comfy beds.

Room and bathroom very clean. Exterior clean and safe.

Very good
