MainStay Suites Spokane Airport

Everything about this stay was perfect except for one thing. That’s why they get 4 stars instead of 5. They advertise an airport shuttle, and they have a shuttle bus. However, both times we used the shuttle service the shuttle sat at the front door empty while they called an Uber for us. Both times the first driver canceled, and both times we had to wait 10 minutes for the Uber to arrive. It is a real shame because everything else was perfect.

The hotel was very clean and quiet. The staff was friendly and helpful

they advertise a free hotel shuttle included, but they never had a driver. They did call an uber for me to come from the airport and back to it though. they also advertise a bar on site, but it was closed the whole time I was there.

This was a really nice place and so convenient to the airport. The desk manager even offered to call us a uber if transportation was not available. Would definitely stay here again

Very very clean hotel, good breakfast overall very satisfied

Had everything I wanted/needed and then some. I was only there one night but the amenities well supported extended stays. Friendly & helpful staff, and breakfast had all sorts of hot and cold options.

This was by far one of the cleanest hotels my family and I have stayed at. The only downfall was parking. We checked in late around 9:30 pm and we were lucky to find a parking spot. However there is still parking on the road in the entrance and they don’t charge for parking, so this was really no issue.

Our room had a small kitchen with pots and pans! The receptionist went above and beyond by getting us condiments for the burgers and hotdogs that we made for dinner. We also loved that a 3am uber to the airport was arranged for us by the hotel. It made the morning so much easier. Our room's refrigerator was dirty inside.

Great place to stay! The pool was so warm! And the breakfast was fantastic!

The staff was the 5 star! Every one was so friendly and helpful! Only suggestion is the towels are really rough. Not soft

The breakfast was phenomenal. They had cereal, danishes, waffles, biscuits, gravy (very tasty), scrambled eggs, etc.

I love how roomy it was. The staff was very nice and informative. Parking was great. Breakfast was awesome.

I seriously loved just about everything about this place. The only downsides were the size of the burners in our room with the kitchenette but we made it work, and the third evening we tried to take showers and the temperature kept changing from comfortable to too hot and then too cold.
