Ramada by Wyndham Spokane Airport

The room was clean and the staff was great. The breakfast was served and stocked well. The only concerns was the air-conditioning unit had a unique sound like something was stuck inside and was not very appealing.

This is an older hotel, but the rooms have been updated. Room was quiet, clean and comfortable. Breakfast was average, eggs were very overcooked. Biggest plus was that I could walk from the terminal baggage claim area to the hotel within a few minutes. Super helpful if you want to stay for a ridiculously early morning departure or late night arrival.

Brought family to stay the night and use the pool. The kids thoroughly enjoyed being able to swim. The rooms are clean and the amenities reasonable.

We checked in and were assigned a room in a section with no elevator. After lugging our luggage up the stairs, we realized our room was right next to someone with a dog, which they left unattended and it was barking like crazy. I went to the front desk to see if they could switch us and saw that another customer was also asking to switch rooms due to the same reason. They only had a few rooms left, but on the same floor, only right down the hall where you could still hear the dog barking. I went back to the front desk and asked if we could get a refund and the attendant told me “yes, absolutely!” and that I’d just have to go through Expedia to request it. I spoke with an agent through Expedia, who called the hotel while I was still on the line, only for the hotel attendant to say they wouldn’t honor the refund. Ended up at a much nicer and quieter hotel. Would not recommend staying here.

To stay at this location for its proximity to the Spokane airport. Free breakfast food only ok. I won't eat at the bar restaurant anymore, nothing particularly healthy or good. The location is huge, so walking to your room at the very furthest edge of the hotel is difficult when you're arriving at one a m. The property itself is clean but the amenities are not great. Good if you don't want to walk to and from the airport.

This is an older hotel but lots of upkeep has happened. The rooms were clean and comfortable. They have a great courtyard with fire tables and games. There’s a restaurant for your convenience and the free breakfast was substantial

Rude

The staff was great but the breakfast was lacking. They seemed that there was limited menu available and they didn’t have any ham or sausage. They said they got the sausage in late the night before and it was frozen.

The room was good, the pool was very much enjoyed by my grandkids, but the restaurant was lacking.

Room was supposed to be 2 Queen beds but got 1 Queen and a pull out sofa bed

Check in staff was not helpful or friendly at all. Our room was on the second floor, and there was no one to help us up the stairs eith too 60 lb suitcases. There is no elevator/ramp for handicapped accessibility. Sink was bot working properly (wouldnt drain). The only positive was the airport shuttle being timely the next morning. Certainly not worth the $175 a night charge. Will not stay here again.
