everyone was very helpful, you should offer free coffee.

Great place
-
Parking was a bit odd but we found a spot in the public lot directly across from hotel
-
The room was not cleaned thoroughly. Coffee maker had a cartridge from previous guest, crumbs and debris was under the footstool. So when you moved it, it was visible that it was not vacuumed properly
-
The hotel was so nice and clean from the lobby to our room! LOVED IT!!!
-
The only issue we had was the housekeeping tried to come right in the room and not knocking first, so luckily we had the lock on

The Young Lady who checked me in was excellent, professional, quick, and polite. The room was VERY large and well appointed with an excellent view of the city. Plenty of options for me to work at the desk of the comfy chair / lounger in the corner of the room. Great value for money (my 5th stay at this location) and I will be back again.

It was our 1st time, staff was very friendly & quickly addressed 1 of the issues in the room (Very minor). We went for a wedding so was close to Stan Hywet Gardens Estate. Stayed 2 nights, was quiet & good night sleep.

I’ve booked over 10 stays with Expedia and this is by far the worst with customer service help. Completely incompetent and unprofessional. Will probably never book another package with Expedia a day in my life

Clean spacious well appointed room
-
Clean hotel, helpful staff. Free parking around the hotel, but can be hard to find place.
-
Volume on the tv remote didn’t work. My room didn’t get cold. The tv screen was dirty/sticky. The WiFi sucked. In the morning there was puke on the sidewalk next to the hotel.

Very good
