Clean hotel, helpful staff. Free parking around the hotel, but can be hard to find place.

Volume on the tv remote didn’t work. My room didn’t get cold. The tv screen was dirty/sticky. The WiFi sucked. In the morning there was puke on the sidewalk next to the hotel.

We stay here everytime we come to Akron. We won't book anywhere else. From the rooms to the staff, everything is amazing.

Nice hotel although finding the actual entrance with all the other businesses was a bit confusing driving by, high outside sign was okay but door wasn't obvious Parking confusion and whatever the noise was happening about 10 pm that was fireworks possibly or someone have a great time with a set of drums/musical instruments that were banging.

Booked the hotel for the pool; the water was cloudy and unclean, and I didn't even want to jump in. The restaurant staff is either not very educated, or they are severely lacking gluten-free and dairy-free options for folks with dietary restrictions. No flexibility at all for a late checkout. Just learned there could possibly be complimentary bikes for hotel clients, and it would have been nice to know that at check-in. Overall, at this price, I was disappointed.

Large size of double room. Quiet. Comfy beds. Pool was not heated. Shower was slippery. Parking situation is not pleasant.

The hotel was nice. The room was big. The front desk staff didn't seem to want to be at work. Neither one that I encountered that weekend looked up from their computer when I walked in, or greeted me. My remote didn't work and the housekeeping lady found a replacement right away and was cheerful.
