Homewood Suites by Hilton Akron Fairlawn, OH

It would have been helpful to have more than one wastebasket and to have a nighlight other than the one on the microwave. It was, however, a very nice room.

Everything was fine. But we had to use the sofa bed, linens provided were missing top sheet. (4 pillow cases instead). Traveling with 95 year old Mother In Law. She had some trouble climbing into bed. We will bring a small step stool next time lol. Handicapped parking and ramp at the back would be nice.

Everything was great minus the fact that we couldn't get towels other than what was in our room. Pool didn't have any every time we went down there and I asked for some in the evening but was told it was hours before they would have any.

Clean Breakfast was good

Really a gem of a place. Immaculate and they've thought through all the touches. I come to town, where I once lived, to visit my mom in nearby assisted living. So, I need a place that feels like home, so that I can keep up my routines and also work while I am there. I will be back!

The windows don’t open to allow fresh air circulation, even though there is a kitchenette. Proper ventilation should be provided.

Would definitely stay again!

This Hotel Never Disappoints!

My third stay at this location. The staff are always friendly and helpful. Conveniently located near the freeway yet quiet.

Breakfast was not bad just need to upgrade selection.

Property was very clean and pretty! Room was larger than expected. Beds were comfy and I slept great. No complaints.

Also- our shower water was barely warm. I let it run for a good 5-10 min while I brushed my teeth and got clothing together, let it run some more- never got warmer. So we basically took cold showers 2 nights in a row. I told the front desk as we were leaving about the shower.

This was a very nice Hotel! The staff was very friendly. The rooms were very clean and spacious. We had an amazing stay!

The hot tub was very enjoyable. Good selection at breakfast. Big spacious rooms. Wish we had known about the evening reception, as we were hauling a trailer, so dinner was a challenge. I like that they recycle.

Close to stores, restaurants, but quiet. Breakfast was good and the wonderful lady in charge of breakfast was outstanding! Housekeeping didn’t come when the hotel said they would.
