This is by far the best hotel for the price staff we're great and it allows dogs the breakfast was a plus

Towels and washcloths stained anf dirty looking. No housekeeping services provided or new towels/washcloths provided during our 3 night stay.
-
There was a hole in the bed spread from wear and tear, or a burn. The bathtub needs detail cleaning to remove the stains and streaks that do not merely wash off. The towels were clean, but half were past their expiration date. And there was a patch of missing bathroom ceiling plaster. Overall, the property staff work hard to provide value. This is definitely worth considering for a future stay, considering the high degree of feeling safe, the ability to get restful sleep, and the variety of restaurants and stores nearby. The business would do well to inspect each and every room, inventory and complete the fixes, then post photos for a current reflection. Granted, that's not always easy, when just the day-to-day management takes a lot of time and energy. However, to be a top contender, you have to be ready to decide your investment for a good return both on the short and long term.

I was attracted by the price, mislead by the good reviews including photo of the updated lobby. But the reality was far from advertised. The worst was that the sheets on both beds were stained. Everything else pales in comparison.

Fantastic

I don’t think I can sum up such a disappointing experience in less than 1500 characters. The rooms smelled like cigarettes, which is odd for a non smoking facility. The room has sticky floors, and uncomfortable beds with blankets the thickness of paper towels but don't ask for extra, they’re $50 per blanket. Breakfast consisted of bagels, waffles, and cereal. Low effort to match the low quality I guess. The hotel was far from sound proof. You could literally hear ever little noise and conversation outside of your room. I ended up leaving the hotel 4 nights early, 2 nights was long enough. The area around the hotel felt unsafe and had some interesting characters hanging around all hours of the night and day. If these things are tolerable for you, this is a doable spot for the price but never again will I stay here.

Very nice staff

The beds were as hard as they could be. Room had a musty smell. Continental breakfast is lacking.

The pricing is great . The room was clean , the staff very nice and everything went smoothly. I will book again

The property was a good overnight stay. The only issues were the shower floor didn’t appear clean and some of the towels were dingy and an off white color.
-
The location Staff were very rude, they would come into our room without notice and they said they accept pets but they charged me $200 and then kicked me out the next day because they “do not accept cats”.
-
Nothing Dirty and things in room broken and people across were fighting and yelling.
-
Nothing Dirty tub, dirty sheet, somebody else's food in the fridge. Manager wouldnt help me, I was charged twice for one room. I need this fixed and reimbursed.

When we arrived at the hotel and entered the room we right away noticed the room had a smell to it. I right away wanted to take a bath and relax but the bath tub was horrible looking. Called the front desk he sent up housekeeping who couldn’t speak English so she sprayed the tub and scrubbed it with a brush to show me whatever it was in the tub wasn’t coming off. Needless to say we didn’t use the shower or tub. Toilet seat was broke- chair in the room was stained and had food on it. Wont be back and wouldn’t recommend.

Price & location Bed a lumpy rock that actually made a hard cracking sound when you turned over. People upstairs must have had a herd of pet elephants. Room smelled like old cigarette smoke. Guess in this case, I got what I paid for.

Staff was helpful in resolving room issues quickly. Our first room looked like it had been forcibly entered recently, with the room door handle broken and lock not working (it would not shut properly). The bathroom door appeared to have two holes in it caused by kicking. Front desk staff was happy to get us another room, but the new one was lacking a refrigerator. So they brought one in. In the morning, we noticed a puddle of water had mysteriously appeared a few feet from the AC unit. Shower had hair in it.

The toilet paper holder was broken, not there. 2 half rolls sat on the sink. I would not stand in the shower. It was either terribly stained or dirty. I will not be staying here again.

Decent room but mattress needs replacing. No soap or shampoo in containers that I discovered after starting showering. Water pressure was low. Tried to call office three times after showering and no answer. Went to office and front desk person out in parking lot playing games with a ball and friends. Told him regarding soap and he was disinterested. Breakfast was the worse I ever experienced. Little selection and messy. No orange juice in machine as an example. Cereal and waffles only main offerings.

But the worst, was the bathtub. There was a loofa sponge from a previous guest still in the shower. The white shower curtain was dirty. The bathtub was filthy with black dirt and a ring around the whole tub. It was obvious it had not been cleaned for some time. There was a rusty screw sticking out of the safety bar. As well as black mould around the fixture that turns on the water and the drain. Needless to say, we did not use the shower. Our friends in the room next to us experienced the same.

Location was nice as it was near lots of food and shopping. The restuarant across from the hotel was really good! The place was filthy. Sheets had not been changed from previous person who stayed, it was obvious. When calling front desk to ask for them to be replaced they said we could come get sheets and change ourselves. I told them no, they can do it as it is their job and they are dirty. Bathroom had film of dirt and dust over the bathtub and a pad liner on the floor when we went in. The door to bathroom had holes in it from being kicked. The door to the room wouldn't close properly unless putting a lot of pressure and pulling up. Dirt all over the floor. When calling front desk the front desk worker was talking to other people around him when I was trying to talk to him. Overall very poor stay. The hallways smelled so bad we had to hold our breath when walking in the hallways.
