Comfort Inn & Suites Copley Akron

let's start - the photos in expedia are fake. whole stay had very bad smell from entry to lobby. I asked for no smoking room and the room smells like it is not even open for days. you see hand prints all over the place. Bathroom water was not even working. We had no other choice then to leave immediately from there. Arguing with receptionist was pointless as she was busy arguing with few construction workers and there were few in line as well. The point is, thanks to you guys we lost trust "comfort inn" brand itself. I'll never stay in any of comfort inn chain. Just hope this reaches to someone sensible enough understand this.

Only had one of our two rooms reserved, but charged for both. Staff said to contact Expedia directly, they could not issue a refund. So we paid for another room, now at a higher price. The proto

The staff was not helpful, charged me another night even tho i paid up front from 7/1/26-7/10/26. I fo not recommend this place.

Worst check in service I’ve ever experienced.

The rooms were clean and all I needed for a good night's stay. Breakfast was standard for a good motel. However, there are many good restaurants only 5 or 6 minutes from the property. There are also four restaurants within walking distance of the Lobby. Convenient from I-77, economy, good restaurants and shopping nearby.

The staff was very friendly, the room was tidy, clean and comfortable. Would go back again. The breakfast was excellent. The lady restocking. The food was very friendly and kind.

I got my room switched 2 times and each time was the same. There was hair in the tubs a weird smells in all the rooms and the refrigerator had water linking inside. I do appreciate the guy being patient and showing me other rooms but I will not be back there what so ever.

Rooms are large with 2 queen beds. No problems with cleanliness and the amenities were good . Pretty dated. Carpets were in bad shape.

NA Filthy. Had to clean the room, bathroom, etc myself. Bathtub had not been cleaned in a while as there was hair etc that I had to clean. also, There was an security deposit required of $100 of which I had not been told of.

Every time I'm in the Akron area, I stay at this location. The breakfast is very good but their beds are the star of the stay. It's like sleeping on a cloud. I don't think I move all night long lol...

Not much The property is outdated, and requires renovations. The cleaning staff wasn’t around, so there was no cleaning for the two days we stayed there. There are huge potholes on the property which caused a puncture on my tire’s sidewall. I had to get it replaced. The old lady responsible for breakfast was super nice. Other than that, there were no high lites.

Shower did not work in one room. No bedding for sofa bed. When speaking to staff regarding issues, they were unapologetic and indifferent.

Like the beds and linens. Towels pretty thin. Only 3 big towels. Needed another but too tired to ask. Eggs were cold at 8 am when was to be available until 9. No one at desk at 11 am which is checkout time. Even waited 10 minutes.

Dog barking excessively for 4 hours

I only needed a place to sleep for one night and at $107 with tax, so I did not expect miracles. The staff was friendly and the breakfast cook was especially helpful and accommodating with my food allergies, even creating a custom breakfast for me at no extra cost. The room did have an odor, was dated, and the bed was pretty uncomfortable. I also found a fair amount of mold in the shower and the tub was discolored. Overall, this was a dated hotel, but for the price it served its purpose and had a nice breakfast. I probably would not stay again though because of the mold I discovered in the shower surround.
