Clean and friendly would definitely recommend

I love the jetted bathtubs! The staff is really nice. The only thing that could make this place better, would be if they had a pool!

The bathroom was very dirty, it clearly had not been cleaned at all since the previous guest was there. A dried dirty towel was left on the shower bar, there was visible dark soap scum all over the shower and tub. The previous guests shower gel was left on the shower. (Baymont provides shower gel/ body wash & conditioner in holders on the wall). Nothing should have been left on the shower.

Our room was filthy. In need of a lot of updates. Towels were old and ripped. Was kept awake by the people next door and had to call front desk. Then at 5 am we heard every footstep above us. You can hear everything. Not well insulated. Light sleepers beware.

The room was pretty clean. I stayed about a week, so I cleaned for myself during that time. There's no carpet in my room, so I swept and mopped the floors (you have to with a dog who sheds like mine, and I didn't want to save that all up for housecleaning when I left), and I pretty much always scrub the tub at hotels, and I did the same here. I wasn't put off from sleeping on the sheets or anything, though, and I'm picky. Breakfast is decent. Only hot items are waffles and toast/bagels, but there's muffins, fruit, and cereal too as well as coffee, milk, and juice. The staff was mostly friendly and helpful. The woman that works at the front desk was nice to work with as well as the majority of the men. I ran into a bit of an issue when one of my reservations ended and my bank mistakenly shut off my card before the next reservation and I needed to get it turned back on. The man I initially talked to about this issue wasn't the most accommodating or friendly at first, but I got it worked out in the end and everything ended up being fine. Staff was accommodating in welcoming my service dog without issue, and that was very much appreciated. Overall, I recommend this hotel. It's a quality, affordable option with a professional and helpful staff, and I am happy with my stay.

Good

The noise proofing wasn’t the best, but the room was comfortable.

You (don't) get what you (don't) pay for. It was a cheap hotel, so it was as expected. Kinda dirty, hairs and some stains on the bedsheets/pillows, weird smells in the hallway. Breakfast was basic (no hot foods). It was fine for what we were looking for- a cheap stay for one night, but we probably won't stay there again.

Room clean they have breakfast free park

We love staying at Wyndham hotels. They are typically clean with friendly staff and convenient amenities. This location was no exception. Staff was helpful. Room was clean. Breakfast was ok. Coffee was my biggest complaint. But all in all, good value and convenient location. We got our caffeine fix down the road at the Wally Waffle!

Great stay & staff

The room itself wasn’t bad, the fact that my husband had to assemble the tub faucet so we could shower is why my review is meh. The faucet was just sitting on the side of the jacuzzi tub. Honestly, the tub didn’t look in too great of shape either, looked a bit gritty😅

The only thing good about this property was the bed was comfortable and I had a deluxe room. The bathroom was filthy (dirty tub and toilet seat comes undone when you sit down, I'm 180 lbs)The electrical panel above the shower is stripped and the wires are visible which is an electrical hazard. The hallway double doors were closed at night which poses a fire hazard. There was a language barrier between hotel staff and myself as noone in the housekeeping department spoke English when I asked where the elevator was(elevator is extremely hot and slow on the inside and can randomly stop and not open). Overall not a good experience for the price I paid.

It wasn't as clean as other ones I've stayed.

There was a dood in the parking lot getting high! 1st room smelled like pot Fire alarm above door hanging by wires 2nd room didn't smell until the next morning I think AC was sucking pot smoke from outside. Toilet seat very loose. Bathtub gross Bed hard Room above stomping on floor Hear room doors slamming closed and girl yelling in the hallway, both loud enough to wake me up. Continental breakfast was good. Banana, muffin, bagel and milk fresh, instant coffee and waffle maker.

Our AC leaked all over the floor soaking our luggage. I notified the desk they brought a towl cleaned it and said there ya go.2 nights was considered a extended stay we had 4 children with us 2 in diapers we did not know that sense we were considered a extended stay we did not get house keeping so we were given 1 garbage bag and told wednesday and thursday are cleaning days for us. We were there on friday and saturday.. no coffee pot or garbage can in one of our rooms (228) and in room 219 with the leaking ac the walls were streked with water marks im assuming was maybe condensation. But considering the amount it had been there for quite some time. The gentle man who checked us in was very Nice and helpful.despite the circumstances we had this was in a good location and Breakfast was ver good.

This is a poorly done partially refinished Super 8 in half the building. Remodeled rooms and lobby mostly, not the hallways or stairwells. The bathtub faucet was broken so i could not shower properly, the light/vent above bathtub was also broken. The parking lot was in poor condition, full of debris and several spots were full of construction materials. The bed and bedding/towels were clean. Only nice thing I can say about the stay.

The only plus was the restaurant next door was open till 2:30a so perfect for grabbing a bite after the concert.
