We stayed overnight at the hotel in Gainesville, Alachua. The hotel appeared modern and very clean, with comfortable, tidy rooms and well-maintained bathrooms. Overall, it was a positive experience.

I love the 24 hour free coffee! I love the convenience of being able to enjoy the night on the back patio area. I was happy with the on-site parking. The room was clean and a good hair dryer. I like having the full bottles of shampoo, conditioner and body wash. I wish breakfast was til 10:30am we missed both morning breakfasts. 😢 I think a good idea is to provide in the rooms 2 complimentary bottles of water. That’s what I would recommend. Plus half off one day price when you stay 2 nights. It’s a good way to help customers come back.

Loved that the room was spacious for my family and I. The hotel had breakfast included and it has a variety of foods to choice from. This hotel has a pool and it’s so relaxing!

Big shout out to Kayla on her front desk skills. There was a slight confusion during check in and she handled it like a pro. All staff was courteous and helpful. Breakfast was good. It smelled good and rooms were very clean. We will definitely stay here again.

We stay a couple times a year and it is always a pleasure. Hot breakfast and very helpful staff. Property and rooms always very clean. Pool and jacuzzi are always a nice bonus. Very close to Dairy Queen for a little treat as well

The room was wonderful. It was clean and spacious. Based on this wonderful experience, we booked another Holiday Inn Express in Tallahassee, Florida. It was awful. What a difference from this hotel. We would definitely stay here again.
