We spent 3 nights, the hotel is very well located, the room was normal, mattresses were comfortable, enough space in the room, breakfast is ok, but I recommend it.

The best thing about this property is the breakfast! Best I have had. This alone made all the other small annoyances ok. Upon arrival the desk person was not very nice or helpful. The tv wasn't working and I had to get help, the person who came quickly got it going. The 2nd night we had 2 barking dogs in the room next door. We mentioned this the 3rd day and ether they left or were moved. The bathroom floor left black stuff on my feet when wet after showering. The rest of the room was very well cared for. And the man who took care of my room was very good, super polite and helpful. On weekends they were very busy, pool, elevator breakfast, parking. During the week it's much better. Overall I really enjoyed my time here, 14 days. will definitely stay here again. Good location, lots of places to eat.

The girl at the front desk was super friendly, as was all the staff I interacted with. The room was as clean as expected; it had a mini-fridge, microwave, coffee maker, hair dryer, iron, and safe, and the bathroom was comfortable and clean. The hotel offers a free breakfast to its guests, which usually includes eggs, sausage, bread, waffles, milk, yogurt, coffee, tea, and the occasional sweet treat. The hotel is in a great location, with a variety of restaurants nearby, a Publix just a few meters away, and two gas stations practically right next door. It has a fairly large parking area, which is free. I recommend this hotel if you need a place to stay in the Alachua area.

This hotel was super clean, the room was very roomy, and the staff were so friendly and helpful. Also, the included breakfast buffet was awesome.
