Room was terrible, mattress was worn out, open used bar of soap still in my tub, stains on the ceiling. Booked 3 nights stayed for about 8 hours total

Staff was really amazing. Was grateful that they were pet friendly but the breakfast was very disappointing

Friendly staff. For one or two nights it’s fine.

Checking in and out was fast and the staff was outstanding. Breakfast was nice and the seating area was great. Very close to 75 which made traveling home very convenient. We will stay again when we are visiting family in that area,

The rooms are very old and dingy, and there was rust on the walls, the shower drain was not draining, old parts. Even the rooms smelled very musky. Dissatisfied

Good stay, staff was very helpful

The only good thing was the front desk staff, very nice and helpful.

Front desk clerk Shelly was wonderful!

Clean room but the air did not work right

I was on a long drive from Atlanta to Key West and was dog tired and needed a place to sleep. This was closest to 75 and I just picked it. I was close to Wawa for food and gas after midnight. I slept showered and went to find coffee and I found Brenda setting up breakfast on Easter! My entire trip was better for having breakfast with Brenda as she was setting up the dining area for breakfast! She was delightful and kind! Thank you for everything Ms Brenda

The staff is very helpful and accommodating.

Staff was great. Rooms are aging and aren't "clean in the corners", but acceptable for the price. Pool was great, but a net for removing bugs would have been nice. We picked 1 up after the first day, as pool bugs are expected, but should be netted daily, or at least a net available, Beds and bedding comfortable. Great water pressure and hot water. Ice Macines and laundry have been updated. Breakfast was the low point. We were there for 5 nights, and there were no eggs or meat restocked on the buffet any day that we were there. Pretty much waffles, apples, and cereal. We had to leave the hotel daily for an acceptable meal. This is my experience this year which has improved (other than breakfast) from consecutive stays over the last 7 years. .

The pool and how close it was to were we needed to be The backside seem like they need to replace some spots of the walk way. The breakfast was not good the coffee was cold and there wasn’t even eggs in the crockpot there was no meats it was just eggs waffles couple of yogurt and couple of cereal. So it was disappointing when there wasn’t really a breakfast like it said.

I liked that the rooms were clean and decent The beds are very comfortable. I was glad that the A/C worked got very cold thank you for that!. The free WiFi is so very great. The Tv channels were amazing usually the tv doesn’t have good channels but this hotel on my part has been the very best when it comes to The tv. The tv also has HDMI connections as well which I thought was really cool. I also love that the outlets needed were all in the right places The only thing I wasn’t happy about was that the bathtub had a clog of some sort and the water wasn’t going down as fast. In room 117 on the first floor.

A decent overnight stay for the price. For the most part, it was tidy enough but it appeared the beds had not been pulled out and cleaned behind for sometime. The pool was clean and breakfast was provided. The staff we encountered were all very friendly. Had issues with the tv remote and could only get one channel. It was late by the time we realized this and didn’t want to bother with reporting it so we watched Paw Patrol until we felt sleepy.
