The front desk staff Renata was very helpful. She made my check in experience easy and stress free. She also came to my room twice to assist me with minor issues that I couldn’t fix.

Everything was very nice room was clean

I was shown 3 rooms all of which bathroom need an update with a snap of a finger ( rust, mold and old smell ), no headboard in 1 rm and carpet was horrible I wouldn’t bring my dog there; I didn’t stay I returned my items to car from their dolly cart; dolly cart was even dirty as it was stainless still

I was over charged and I was funded but was shorted $100.00 in my refund.

The stay was great I will be back again

Ok for overnight stay and we were pleased with the friendly of the staff especially the young lady at check-in.

The rooms are nice but up until a drugs/drug related object was found in the bed covers in the room me and my children and husband was put in by staff. And when the drugs/drug related object was taken to to the lobby staff after being found, the lady stated to my husband that the manager would come to the room to speak with us about the issue and what was found in room and the manager never came to the room and the issue wasn’t resolved at all by the hotel staff.

I had groups of black ants crawling on me and in the bed. and on the floor. The breakfast food looked like vomit and the sausage and gravy were extremely watery. The carpet in the hotel has an old moldy smell. The Staff gets 5 stars, and the renovations appearance was aesthetically pleasing. Alot of noise in the hallways early in the morning. Smokers are allowed outside the door closest to the rooms and avoiding the smell was not possible,

Rooms were clean

I found the staff very friendly and courteous. However, my wife and I found the hallways and common areas had a terrible smell, like the carpets needed cleaning, the elevator also had a moldy smell. I will not consider this hotel if I am ever again in the area.

The room are very nice and clean love the bathroom everything just so clean The last room air conditioner leak water all over the floor it was very cold and a lot of water we got up off the floor

The room was clean, air was cozy, tv was loud and clear. Everything was very nice if I must say so myself.

The rooms were very beautiful. Love the barnyard door on the bathroom. The halls are dark and needs a little lighter color paint. Need a few physical repairs. Pool was broken. Manager was a catch all guy. He was doing yard work and fixing things. Breakfast was mid. Light morning breakfast. Overall, very clean property. Professional staff. Brian, the manager and the receptionist that checked me in were great.
