Holiday Inn & Suites Albuquerque Airport by IHG

The hotel was so clean and friendly staff. Breakfast was very good! One of the best stays at a Holiday Inn!

The fridge didn’t work so I woke up to spoiled left overs and coffee was the cold and far from fresh. And no half and half.the bathroom vent fan was extra loud

Friendly staff. Check in was a breeze. Room was nice and spacious. Quiet and safe area. Bar was great.

Very clean room, a few issues (loose tile grout, coffee maker didn't work). Hot tub jets wouldn't turn on but it was like a nice hot bath and both the hot tub and pool areas were very clean, some of the best maintained we've used in a while. Nice city view at sunset, food options close by were good as well. Friendly helpful staff.

pouring water out of a water bottle was more water than in the sink and shower. And then to top it all off we were charged for breakfast. Stay out of room 407. The nicest person there was Robert at the front desk. we will not stay there again.

My room had a cracked window. The tile on the elevator floor was cracked.

Bed was so comfortable and ac was nice and cold. Front desk guy was very nice.

We did not get to stay long checked in after 5 and checked out before 8 the room service was good food was excellent the shower was nice lots of water pressure I liked the set up of the restroom we did not get to use the pool or the hot tub only because we were to tired to enjoy all in all very clean and comfortable would definitely stay here again

Bar was great friendly atmosphere. HVAC was very good nice and cool.

Beautiful hotel with a breathtaking view of the city. Wonderful for watching the firework show from the outdoor dining patio

WE STAYED HERE CAUSE BEFORE WHEN WE STAYED HERE EVERYTHING WAS FINE . NOW THE ROOM WAS NOT WORKING THE SHOWER THAT IS THAN I REQUESTED TO BE CLOSE TO MAIN INTREST BECAUSE ME AND MY HUSBAND HAVE MOBILITY ISSUES AND THEY PUT US ON THE 3RD FLOOR THAN MOVED US TO 2ND FLOR SAME CORNER AS THE FIRST ROOM. POOL WAS OKAY NEEDS TO BE CLEANED NO TOWELS IN THERE EITHER. THE 2ND ROOM THEY PUT US IN SMELLED OF MOLD AND I HAVE BREATHING ISSUES SO WE DECIDED TO LEAVE HOTEL BECAUSE WAS TOLD THERE WAS NO MORE ROOMS . DO NOT RECOMMEND THE FRONT DESK GENTLEMAN IS NOT FRIENDLY AT ALL AND THEY ONLY GAVE ME

The walls are thin, we heard kids wrestling, yelling and shouting till 12:30 am. The phone was missing buttons and no numbers. Personally I’d never stay here again.
