We love staying here never had any issues or concerns this is our go to spot when we travel

I had catalogs shipped to this property to use for work and the hotel lost them. It ruined my trip because it was part of my sales tool to use, so the trip was lost. They claimed to comp me a room but i never got a refund. Nobody seemed to care about it afterwards. There's a lot more to this incident that I'm not willing to write about, but i will never stay at this place again! In regards to the actual hotel, only 1 elevator worked and it wasn't working properly either. Just a bad experience.....

Enjoyed my room it was very roomy for my family and dogs.

Clean room. Quality breakfast. Helpful staff.
-
You can do laundry but they only take coins. Feels outdated.
-
Amazing, friendly staff! Hotel is outdated and major downfall was only one working elevator at the time we were there.

I usually stay here every time Ive came to Albuquerque for the last year or 2. When I first started using the Hyatt, it was really nice, the cleanliness, maintenance and amenities hasn't been the best the last few times. The front desk staff are still usually nice. Our last stay though they put us on the 5th floor (where we usually would like to be), sad to say though the elevator wasn't working for the 5 days we were there. We had quite a bit of luggage and had to make a few trips up and down just to get everything. What a great inconvenience especially to have to carry the baby. The breakfast was very minimal the days we stayed. The room wasn't very clean either, found trash everywhere, things didn't look wiped down as they should be and it seems as if they haven't vacuumed very well lately, we were finding trash and toe nails from whoever must have stayed there last(pretty nasty) Great place to stay but they're slacking lately.... Our stay wasn't the best this time... The Hyatt, better get on top of your stuff or we might have to start looking for somewhere more cleanly and maintained to stay especially for the price.....

Elevators broke so it’s no fun walking the stairs with luggage. The room was okay clean, but all the calcium deposit around the faucet and shower did not seem to suggest good maintenance. Shuttle pickup from the airport stopped running at midnight. The only highlight for us was the staff; they were friendly and I had some good conversations with them.

The elevators weren't working so it made it difficult to take luggage and stuff up and down the stairs. We weren't told of the elevators being broken until after that fact that our cards were charged.
-
The staff weren't very friendly. Computers were down when I checked in which created a line. Their elevators both broke therefore climbing 5 flights wasn't easy. My hip is now paying for it. They did not lower the rates because of this inconvenience. The hotel carpet is stained & did not look clean. A bullet hole in our window as well as hair on the clean sheets. We had to remind housekeeping for more towels & bath tissue. Due to climbing up & down the front desk told us we had to get supplies ourselves since she was the only one at front desk. I personally saw the lady working the desk on Saturday (7/5) coughing without covering her cough. Who does that? She was rude! Overall will not go back. Hotel went downhill from the last time.

Special thanks to Khalil for going the extra mile to make me feel at home and offering assistance with luggage, local info, and just being a helpful, friendly person! Enjoyed my stay and will be back next time business brings me to Albuquerque ❤️

Good place to stay with the family

When we arrived one of the elevators was down. The next day both were down. Had to use the stairs the rest of days.
-
Daytime staff were distracted and indifferent. The elevator was broke and no compensation was offered. I wouldn’t stay here again unless someone kidnapped me and took me there.

Staff was great, friendly and helpful. The property was another story however. Both elevators were out of service, people had to take stairs up to 7 floors with all their bags and belongings. The bed was uncomfortable and wobbly. Every time my partner mover, the bed shook bad. The couch and couch bed were stiff and had almost zero cushion. The fitness room had some cardio machines and yoga mats but lacked any weight training equipment.
-
Everything was pretty rundown. Elevators were not working and everything except for the bed was dirty. This hotel needs a full renovation. Breakfast and the service from the front desk clerk was excellent.
-
Everything was great, loved the breakfast and the staff, the only issue was one of the elevators was out of service and the fridge in our room wasn't working but overall it was great

The rim was clean and decent. The elevator stopped working and the other elevator was also out of order. Not ideal if you were in the higher floors. Breakfast was standard. The dining area became crowded with limited chairs. But a staff member from the kitchen was awesome and brought my family chairs.

The air conditioner worked great, water pressure was pretty decent for having 6 floors. Breakfast was good, staff stayed on top of filling items as they got low. The elevator was broken which made it pretty complicated to carry luggage up multiple flights of stairs. They did have 2 small elevators but it did cause a delay in time, waiting more than 5 minutes for one however staff did offer some water and snacks while waiting, made it a bit scary if any emergency were to occur for a person. The room was decently clean for a high traffic hotel near an airport.

Other than that, it was a clean hotel.
