Hyatt Place Albuquerque Airport

The staff is very good. Our room needed some updating, carpet and the couch needs deep cleaning.

I was only there for six hours, but the woman at the front desk was so helpful----and I dropped off rental car and immediately had a pick up from an equally pleasant person. I apologize I don't know their names.....but they were great.

The hotel is in a good location very safe and the breakfast was very good.

A bit of luxury at a good price.

Very nice for travelers, convenient, quiet, friendly staff, shuttle to restaurants. It is a real breakfast, many choices, plenty of tables, good coffee and tea.

The hotel it’s Ok to crash for one night or 2 if needed. We felt safe and it’s pet friendly. I think they can do better with the cleanliness. The curtains were dirty, walls and sofa were dirty. Let’s not talk about the rug. The room was very spacious and they charged me $75 refundable for my pet.

Breakfast was included in the room rate and was a nice surprise. There were lots of food options available to choose from. Although, it wasn’t the best tasting food I’ve had with a breakfast buffet, it wasn’t the worst either. The OJ was a little weak as was the coffee, but overall it met our needs and we all walked away glad we had food in our stomachs. Check out was super easy the next day. I’d recommend this hotel to people for convenience to the airport.

The hotel was great but parking not too great! Alot of people show up with car trailers and hauling stuff that took all the parking so it’s not trailer friendly parking. Not enough room. That’s all and other than that it was great!

I have stayed I. This Hyatt place since 1990. Lovely hotel they’re upgrading elevators! Not much of issue. Staff was knowledgeable about thr amenities at Hyatt Place. Highly recommend this hotel

Bad bed can not sleep

Hotel cleanliness was disgusting. When I got into bed, it was covered with human hairs, both in the sheets and on the pillows. It completely grossed me out. I have stayed in some pretty bad hotels, in my day, but this was the worst. Sadly I chose Hyatt because it has a good reputation, however, this has completely changed my mind about Hyatt. Furthermore, I asked for a refund, Hyatt's response was they would give me points to stay in a 2 start hotel, and when I called Expedia, the hotel said that they would not give me a refund because the changed the sheets after I complained?? I suggest you find a different hotel
