Hyatt Place Albuquerque Airport

The hotel, rooms, elevator were dirty. The front desks lady was not friendly at all she just checked me gave me my key didn’t even tell me about the WiFi tell me where elevators were didn’t tell me about the breakfast literally nothing just handed me the key, not friendly at all. I had a double bed one of the beds was broken. The room had that dirty feel as well couch was stained big time and just everything seemed dirty you can also see the layers of dust on the panel for the AC

All elevators were broken and disabled patrons were forced to walk up stairs with bags terrible

. The staff was absolutely incapable of doing anything to help patrons. This was an complete failure and I will never stay at this property again

Air conditioner was noisier than the aircraft Bed was lumpy

Elevator was broke two days and we had to carry luggage up four flights of stairs.No sense of urgency in getting elevator repaired.

Not a clean bathroom shower.

The air conditioner was poor the bed was broken we had to switch rooms. The toilet seat was loose we didn't get a tub in our room. The pool was out of order. Everything was dirty except for the second room it was clean. After we complained and had us moved. Def nit staying there agin. Unless I had to.

Very clean. Staff was super nice and professional. Breakfast was good and had a large variety of options to choose from. Couch bed was not super comfortable but our stay was excellent, especially since it was just an overnight stop.

Room was very good. Staff would be getter. Breakfast very good. Air conditioning good.

Honestly not to disrespect anyone specifically but the whole hotel was filthy. From the elevators to the stairs. I was there 3 days and it was never cleaned. Hotel also has a bad carpet stench. Easier said than done but I’d clean it or remove it when possible. Staff was amazing. I know they have business and would recommend they invest in it a little.

Great location, clean and spacious rooms. A great outdoor pool.

I love the separate sitting room to the bedroom. It has everything except a microwave. It would be useful.
