I got my key and went to my room, opened the door and the walls were kissing decor and there was a roach on one of the beds. I left the card on the desk and left the hotel.

It had roaches and the manager didn't want to do anything about it. And I was threaghen for my life. I didn't stay the first night after being threaghten,and they wouldn't tefund my mony.

The price was the best in the Knoxville are and the location was near the airport. The staff was satisfactory. Bugs made the room almost unbearable.

So NEVER goin back an I would never recommend this place oh an tryin to get in/out of that area is impossible on that freeway/highway/interstate.

Not much. Had allot of roaches, the blinds didnt close off all the lighting, and I didnt get a partial refund for leaving early. Didnt sleep on the bed as it had roaches on it when I opened the door.

The pool looked like it hadn't been open for years. There were bricks in the bottom with no water. We arrived about 1:00 and she did let us check in use til 3:00. When leaving the parking lot the road was so busy that you had to wait forever before you could make a right turn. You couldn't turn left from there because of the center median. There was no way to use the chain lock on the door. The curtains could have been wider. The couch was filthy. The bed is hard.
