Clean room, adequate breakfast and very nice staff, offered to have us park there and ride the shuttle to the airport to save money. It was a good deal and shuttle was on time.

The room was hot, smell was awful like a moldy mildew. The sheets felt sticky. The air conditioner was so loud my son who is four was scared of the noise. Never again

The staff was very nice and helpful and the room was clean.

We had a late check-in and the staff went above and beyond to make sure we were settled in! Breakfast was top notch. We will definitely be back!

Checked in a midnight ask for a late checkout which was granted for noon- room was cleaned. Charged $10/day for leaving my car at the hotel- which isn’t bad except for the fact the charged me for the day I was returning and already had reservations booked for that day! Staff was friendly. Shuttle to and from the airport.

The room was good, we did notice a little moisture mold in the bathroom & told them on our way out. They thanked us for letting them know. The staff were excellent & very polite. The breakfast was great

Had flights delayed and got stuck in knoxville. Staff came and got me at 2am. Was a quick stay but got a good night rest.

There's mold in the ac unit in the room when you said something to them about it they told us that they know about it .... So why aren't they doing anything about it !!! I was sick for a couple days after our stay.... We should of got our money back !!!! WE Will NOT BE BACK !!! And we visit family a lot ....

Large cockroach on ceiling, spiderweb in corner of room...had to find another hotel at 2 am.
