The front desk was kind and understanding

Kids couldn’t even swim because the pool was an add on to the building and there was rooms in the pool area and they kept calling down and complaining mind you it was 6:30 and told them to get out. We traveled for an AAU basketball tournament!

They have a large pet walking area. Room smelled. Pet rules are ridiculous. Maintenance failed to put bags in the pet station despite repeated complaints.

We enjoyed our stay. The facility is very nice. The morning breakfast was very good too. I would definitely stay here again.

The service was fantastic and it was the perfect balance of quality and price. In other words for the price, the service was spectacular. It's the people that make or break a business and this hotel has the right people.

The hotel was adequate, exactly what I expected from a La Quinta in TN... Noisey and smelly, but the attentiveness from the staff definitely made up for it(seriously), the topless gal in the pool was also a bonus.... Need an ego boost, check out the Applebee's two blocks down and realize you're crushing it in life..... All seriousness, kudos to the staff, they made the tears I cried at night a little less salt.... Good ol' Rocky Top, Rocky Top, Tennessee.
