Staff, cleanliness Loud HVAC System noise

The main thing I like about La Quinta in Alcoa, Tennessee is a short walking distance to Ruby Tuesday. They have a fair breakfast the room is spacious and the beds are very comfortable. The vanity is inside the bathroom which I prefer it out. They have 24 hour coffee, which was very nice. The pool is situated between the lobby and the breakfast area and it is not very warm

The room was clean and bed was comfortable. It was nice having a continental breakfast, and it was serviceable, including with the make your own waffle. It was a bit difficult to find the front desk person late at night. Also, I did not have the option for late checkout, but that could have been because of a big University of Tennessee football game.

Airport shuttle was a hassle. No easy way to contact the hotel to get the shuttle.

Front desk staff was helpful and shuttle to airport is available as early as 3 am, which is great. Good location, lots of food options nearby.

The staff was wonderful. The air conditioner filter needed cleaned. . It's smell like mildew.

Roach found on my pillow, property is denying refund. Do not stay here. Customer service is terrible.

The hotel is very nice. Do not stay on top floor, a/c units must be on roof as it was very loud and made sleep difficult.

I know that this is a pet friendly motel, but my room smell like cats and dogs. I can smell cat urine in my room. Maybe a lot certain rooms for pets. No one else should be smelling that smell. Besides that I love the hotel.

I really enjoyed my stay here. The front desk staff is very helpful. The shuttle was arranged for a very early time on my departure day and I really appreciated that. And it was right on time. Breakfast was really good. The room was very clean and comfortable. I’ve already said that I will stay here next time I’m in Knoxville. Highly recommend.
