I loved that we could walk to Ruby Tuesday’s for dinner and Starbucks in the morning to make things easy.

The room was clean. It had a well equipped gym, and pool. The bed was saggy on the edge near the side table. It must be where everyone sat. Some routine mattress turning would help. But I would recommend this hotel.

Clean, quiet room. Nothing fancy but safe and comfortable. Good breakfast selection. While snacks available for purchase at the desk we're a good idea, a vending machine or two would be nice for a quick midnight munch.

The actual hotel itself was fine but Do Not stay here if you want a timely airport shuttle…. We’ve been waiting 40 minutes and still nothing. This is absolutely absurd. Just uber or park at airport.

Quick one-night stay. Literally right across the road from the airport. Lots that you can walk to (no sidewalk, but safe enough): Sonic, McDonalds, Bojangles, Ruby Tuesday, Pizza Hut and more. Not super quiet because it's right next to a busy road and a highway, but that was to be expected. Shuttle is free and was very prompt and friendly. Breakfast was no frills but included waffles, eggs, sausage, and biscuits for hot food. Very convenient. Would definitely stay again if needed to be by the airport.

The property was clean and I have no complaints. Breakfast is pretty basic but will suffice if you just need a quick bite before heading out. Overall, this was a good stay!

The rooms were clean. The staff and the manager were kind and quick to respond to our needs. The breakfast was like most hotel breakfast. The waffles are my favorite. Plenty of parking and well lit.

It was ok. Rooms were clean in some places, but dirty in others.

Everything was nice, but the room was so humid. They need to get their moisture under control. Everything had a wet sticky feel.

We chose this hotel for a weekend stay to visit family in Knoxville. Normally we stay along the Cedar Bluff/I-65 corridor but wanted to see if this location was as convenient. So glad we did! Although the hotel is directly across from the airport, we found it to be quiet and less busy. Within walking distance to a Starbucks next door as well as other fast food restaurants via a side street. Daily housekeeping provided (which nowadays is rare unless requested). We appreciated the separate lounge areas near lobby where we could visit together outside of our rooms. Breakfast was typical hotel offerings but it was organized, clean and always kept stocked with hot items.

Overall it was ok. Staff was wasn’t ever at the desk though and rooms were a little worn (not dirty)
