Tru by Hilton Alcoa Knoxville Airport

There was a centipede in the bathroom

Very good

Property was clean It did need some minor repairs the bathroom sink was separating from the countertop the shower head was extremely loose and the shower door would not stay closed completely.

Comfortable bed Clean

Staff was great!

Location was good, my room : bathroom door was didn’t close, didn’t fit door frame. Baseboards were corroded throughout, my mattress was almost flat on the left side where people sit a lot I guess.

Staff was flat at check in. We were a job not a guest! AC on the second floor hallways was shut off. I traveled for 10 days in a row, this was sub par!

It’s a long stretch associating this hotel to the Hilton brand. That clearly is are up to a standard. Don’t know where to start. Entering a room feels like a budget hotel. Very cramped around the bed. Aircon noisy as hell basically had to shut it off to try to sleep. But even that became difficult as the walls and ceiling is paper thin so it sound like a load of elephants on the floor above. The pillows were on another level and not an upper level either., kind of the worst pillows I’ve ever had.

Exceptional

Convenience and shuttle to airport

Front desk was very helpful when checking in and gave me some restaurant recommendations. Breakfast was good. I liked that they have an 11 am checkout.

We liked the consistency in quality. The bed was comfortable and the water pressure was great! Just driving across the freeway to get to the hotel block was a bit of a nightmare.

Clean room although the door to the bathroom was not closing properly. We got a room apt for disabilities and although the shower was nice, the water went all over the bathroom floor because the shower was not enclosed. Decent breakfast, friendly staff, and convenient parking.

Passable

We have stayed here before and never had any issues, until this stay. There was something red and sticky spilled in the tiny fridge. Our white blind was broke and could not be raised.

How close it was to the airport The bed was really worn down and the shower was broken in the room

The front desk staff was extremely polite and helpful at check in. Our room was extremely clean and spacious.

Very good

There was hardly any water pressure in the shower. It is 2026 and they do not have Smart TVs and very limited cable channels. The pillows were very flat and very uncomfortable.

Very clean property.
