How close it was to the airport The bed was really worn down and the shower was broken in the room

The front desk staff was extremely polite and helpful at check in. Our room was extremely clean and spacious.

There was hardly any water pressure in the shower. It is 2026 and they do not have Smart TVs and very limited cable channels. The pillows were very flat and very uncomfortable.

Our room for the first night had an air conditioner unit that rattled and when the compressor kicked in it was very loud like groaning. It also didn’t really cool the room down. We let front desk staff know the next morning that it needed to be looked at and the guy was extremely dismissive. All he did was write our room number (413) on a scrap of paper and went back to looking at his computer screen. When I asked whether anything would be done about it he let me know they had no maintenance staff in the weekend. He just said, “I guess you’ll have to ask to change rooms”. We did get the night staff to give us a different room for the second night and the AC unit was marginally quieter. There were thermostats on the wall in both rooms but they were non-functional so it looks like they’ve had to convert to the units under the window at some point.

The only short fall of staying at this Hilton was the entrance from the highway crossing traffic from the opposite side of the roadway. Everything else was EXCELLENT!

They had a terrific breakfast along with a clean and great overnite room

Smelled terrible in the hallway. The room had crumbs on the floor and is very worn. The staff was nice.

Everything was excellent as expected, minor blemishes but no ones perfect. No pool but a pool table, no sauna but an awesome breakfast spread. No hot tub but a unique library of books n games that the kids enjoyed. Lots of pilots n steward, stewardesses coming n going so it must b the place to stay 👍👍

Television in room not hi definition 👎👎

Location. The traffic on the Airport highway outside the hotel was very busy all hours of the day. I felt it was dangerous driving out of the hotel every day.
