Comfortable and quiet. Blackout curtains would not close completely and it made the room bright.

Trying to check in had to change rooms three separate times problems with AC not working stuff broken in the rooms on my fourth room still had stuff broken, but got tired of trying different rooms hotel staff not very helpful except for one lady

Bed bugs !!! I had to be switched rooms because i found bed bugs on the bed and also the chair and i emailed the office and got no response as of yet and no refund offered. The woman who worked at night was super helpful and genuinely felt bad and did what she could to help move me and said she would talk to management.

Clean room and everything easy to get to and friendly.

The place looks old and run down. Room was damp and stunk.

The check-in personnel and the location as we needed a place close to the airport. The shuttle service is a bonus. One of our daughters had to change her room twice as the bathrooms were not clean. The aircondition system was too noisy and coming on and off during the night.

If you need a kitchen etc for extended stay this may be a great spot for you but if you just need a place to sleep look elsewhere. My room was very noisy and the full size fridge hummed most of the night and kept me up. The air conditioner was also very noisy. The chair in the room had a plastic cushion on instead of theThe staff was nice though. I asked front desk go have maintenance check the fridge

There were fourteen or fifteen various types of bugs crawling on every floor in the room. The countertop stove did not work. The bathroom shower did not function properly. The toilet regularly leaked in the tank and ran to raise the float day and night.

It's completely dated and insects were prevalent in the room.

There was no breakfast, or at least when I checked in they never mentioned anything about breakfast or vending machine opportunities The tub faucet dripped all night long in room 310, making it hard to fall asleep.

Very helpful and kind lady who checked us in n Wednesday afternoon. Room was clean and comfortable. Well worth the price. Lady who was there when we checked out. Not very friendly. Liked all. Property was clean and well maintained.
