Courtyard Knoxville Airport Alcoa

The property is close to the airport. it's clean, but only some staff are friendly. I said some, because one who was in the front desk early in the morning the day I checked out . I had asked for a shuttle to take me to the airport. I did not like his attitude because apparently I should have reserved the time to be picked up. He was not helpful at all. He could have offered an alternate way to get there, in case I don't get picked up, he just shrugged it, The shuttle service is a third party company, not owned by Marriott, however, it is still not a good thing for Marriott. The second experience about the shuttle is the driver came late, and she drove like crazy, hit the curve, and had a bad attitude again! I am from California and expected that kind of attitude in California, but not in Knoxville. But, other than that, the accommodation was great.

Very comfortable bedding. Room had a sofa with ottoman as well. Electric coffee maker inroom. Door handle does not turn down to enter. Instead ypu swing handle up - this oddity caused an unnecessary trip back to front desk.

The place is clean, well managed, you have everything you need for a short stay, the staff is friendly and accommodating. Maybe you should not buy anything at the hotel, it's way overpriced.

The pool was dinky.

The shower was freezing cold and when I mentioned it checkout at 5am, the person behind the desk couldn’t care less. I would like my money back.

The staff are pleasant, friendly, and very helpful. The room was clean, air conditioner worked very well, and it smelled good! The breakfast and dinner menu was very good, served hot and to order! Perfect! I will stay here again while visiting the area! ***** stars!

We got snacks and water after checking in. Shower title was cut up. Needs detachable shower head.

This was a great place to stay. Clean, welcoming staff, and really nice.

The only negative issue I had was no hot water in the shower.
