Location. Friends live in area. Could not close the drapes, had to improvise with a pants hanger. Bathroom door looked like the bottom was sawed off with a chainsaw. Ice machine, 2 suites away, so loud it kept us awake.

24/7 shuttle to/from airport, convenience of location

The shuttle to the airport, being able to park my car while I was gone--these things made this a perfect location for us!

The workout room was well stocked with the free weights & weight bench & machines. Not that we didn’t like it, however, we would have liked the breakfast to be available longer than 9:00 am…. We arrived from the west coast… should have set an alarm.

Room was not well cleaned, floor was filthy and in need of good vacuum cleaning. We discovered bed bugs in the corner of one bed and in the pull out couch. Horrified asked for another room on another floor as it was past time to get our kids to bed. Asked for a refund for the terrible experience and shocking bedbug exposure. We were reassigned to a 3rd floor room which was extremely hot but at least no bugs after thoroughly inspecting. The front desk told us the manager would reach out to us about a refund. Next morning- no contact from management. I call after we checked out- no call back. I called again. I stopped by the lobby 3 days later on a Monday during business hours. I emailed the manager. I send a corporate complaint to Choice hotels who owns Comfort inn and suites. Nothing but an offer for a coupon bonus points to stay at a future hotel with the company. I just want my money back. Terrible customer service experience. Only good thing I can say is that the airport shuttle service is helpful for getting to an early morning flight.

The room was extremely clean. Sheets smelled really fresh. No musky odor. Oversized and very nice. Would stay there again!! Coffee was excellent. Left too early for breakfast. Shuttle to the airport was on time at 4:30 AM.

Staff was great. Breakfast was good. Room was very clean. Housekeeping staff very helpful. Only thing, the room where the pool and hot tub were, was so hot. We will stay there again.
