Run down hotel bad staff etc

When I entered my room, I immediately noticed that the bed sheets were dirty and stained. I contacted the front desk and requested clean sheets, but the staff refused, saying they were busy and that because the hotel was full, they had no extra clean sheets available. A hotel not having clean sheets for guests is completely unacceptable. The room itself was in very poor condition. There was a hole in the wall, and there was a bucket placed under the sink to collect leaking water. Within 20 minutes of checking in, I contacted Expedia customer service, provided photos of the room conditions, and explained the issues. Unfortunately, no meaningful assistance was provided. As a solo traveler, I also felt unsafe. There were groups of people sitting outside the property drinking and smoking throughout my stay. The overall atmosphere felt more like a long-term living facility than a hotel for travelers. Between the misleading photos, dirty sheets, poor room condition, lack of customer service, and safety concerns, I would not recommend this hotel and would strongly advise others to consider staying elsewhere.

They offered me a refund. They cleaned the bedsheets. It was renovated Bed sheets had c$% stain on sheets. Stunk like beyond B.O. sooo bad... went to get air freshener

The pictures in the website are not even close to the reality, there is not a place to eat and the room was a non smoking, but stinks like cigarette and pot, no reception they attend through a window

It was okay to rest a night than get back on road

I didn't have any warm water when using the shower that is an automatic fail to me.

The room wasn’t clean a dirty sock next to the bed tv didn’t work Wifi didn’t work Bathroom sink not clean Garlick cloves and peel in middle top drawer of sink cupboard We booked a king one bed room and got two queen beds no chairs to sit on This motel is obviously being used to house African Americans as long stay residents very loud and seemed to be partying all night Early am very loud black person walking up and down the veranda yelling down his phone stopped right outside our room There is no proper check in everyone has to stand outside the night check in window could hardly hear the person inside due to traffic and other noises Also no water pressure for the shower For a no smoking venue there was cigarette burns in the blanket Don’t know where they got the picture from for the advert as I did not see anything that looked like that We felt like we were in a ghetto and got out of there as fast as we could Would not reccomend this place at all well below standard of anything we have stayed in so far this trip

When we arrived they were unsure on what room to give me even though it had been booked in advance. Apparently they had several rooms booked with multiple workers that were cooking in front of the rooms. There was a lot of debris and noise with a lot of traffic going in and out. Water pressure in the rooms made it very hard to get a shower.

DIRTY room, DIRTY/STAINED beds and pillow cases, TONS of ROACHES, blood on the TV stand, holes everywhere, make-shift fart fan in the bathroom, NASTY bathroom........nice and clean bathtub though....ended up only being here for 30 minutes while I booked another hotel.

The entire hotel was unsafe. I got out my car to try to check in. They had people in front of me to check in that were under the influence they didnt even know where they were. The young lady was dressed and was behaving like a prostitute. Another lady came in and moved me over--i was in her way of a unsanitary old vending machine. At that point i left quietly and fast. I was not going to stay there. I ended up paying for another room at another hotel. I probably would have paid anything not to stay there. There were people hanging over the 2nd floor balcony calling out to me. As i left i saw hanging everywhere signs that there qe r e rooms available by the week and by the month. This motel needs to be visited by law enforcement
