If you need a sleep and a shower and can stand a little grundy, heavily worn, old hotel w new paint/appliances....it will do.

The staff were friendly. Bad area, loud music in other rooms. The cleanliness of the place left a lot to be desired. Lookined like someone had sprayed wall with soda and nobody wiped them, bathroom was really worn and not clean at all.

The beds were comfy No complaints

So far everything has been great!!! Able to see them removing old beds while cleaning, staff polite & very nice. Power washing the buildings to keep them pest free.

My dog stayed free Not clean. No coffee pot

CLOSE TO EVENT AND STORE AND FOOD WE HAVE STAY AT THIS HOTEL FOR 4 YEARS WHEN WE COME DOWN FOR A SHOW BUT THE LAST COUPLE OF TIMES THE CLEANLYNESS OF THE ROOMS HAS WENT DOWN

It was clean the outside was a little sketchy but I’m super surprised about how clean it is It was close to the reptile show I was attending

The staff have always been friendly. The room was very dirty. The blankets had burn holes and stains all over them. The sheets had stains on them. The shower curtain was moldy. It had a kitchen area in one of the rooms i stayed in and the kitchen was not bad but you would need your own kitchen things. If it did come with pots. They would prob be horrible. So its good that it doesnt offer any.

Rooms are old and filthy, bed is like sleeping on concrete. I had to clean my own room no one came by for 3 days I was there, area sketchy af, people fighting in rooms, loud arguing at night in parking lot.. I had to go to the store and buy disinfectant and spray down and clean before sitting or laying down lol. Don't waste ya time, this place is trash

Everything was great, and the staff are fantastic people. The Studio had everything I needed.

The room had just been mopped upon check in so the floors were still wet but it smelled good and clean. Water was plenty hot. There was a dead roach behind the bathroom door and several wall fixtures missing. The AC was good and cold, would freeze you out. It was fairly quiet until the early morning hours when you can hear every step from the room above. I would ask for an upstairs room if I ever stay again. This was a convenient place to stay, not far from the coliseum which is why I picked it. A little run down, but you get what you pay far. It's decent for the price.
