It was convenient to the Freedom Fest Rally.

Very clean property and helpful staff

The staff was very helpful and friendly, the breakfast was decent with a nice variety, and the room was comfortable.

The pool was freezing and the hot tub was bathwater warm. We let the kids swim in the hot tub because the pool was too cold. The staff was friendly but hard to get a hold of. At one point in time, I stood with my one year old in front of the front desk for about six minutes, while the person running it stood outside and talked with other employees.

This Americinn lacks investment/updates on their rooms & facilities. TVs did not work. Lighting was old & most were burnt out. Furniture was old, very worn. Chair was old wouldn’t fit under the desk & when I sat in it, chair dropped suddenly & bottomed out. We changed rooms 3 times with common issues. Brkfst was poor to mediocre. Staff was ok, but they can only work with what they have. Beds were ok & a/c worked. That’s my only positive. Owners r “milking” this facility.

Everything was very nice

Convenient location and easy parking. Quiet nights, Pool was too cold to swim, no elevators for taking bags inside, our room was not cleaned/trash taken during our 4 night stay. The phone in our room did not work and the hair dryer kept falling off the wall.

Hotel was a place to sleep. Bed was ok, not greatest. Pool was freezing cold. We traveled with kids so the extremely cold pool was a huge dissapointment. Hot tub was luke warm. Both pool and hot tub look rough. Staff did not make eye contact/ hardly spoke during check in. Breakfast was ok but nothing special. Bathroom tub looked dirty, our sink had draining issues, and random "dining style" chair in room seamed dated.

TV did not work. No curtains only had a pull down shade which had a very bright light outside.

The hotel was very clean and all the staff we interacted with were very nice and helpful. The hotel was quiet at night and breakfast in the morning was adequate. I'd definitely stay there again.

Location The fireplaces were not working. I did not get reimbursed for any nights we didnt have fireplace and have to deal with a bunch of heating issues and we got moved twice. Rooms were not cleaned as they should have been.

The refrigerator in the room was not working, but the staff put in a replacement as soon as they could. The facility is undergoing repairs, but the workers were very attentive to the guests as to not be interruptive.

Got us into a new room quickly when heat didn't work in our first room. Clean rooms. Water was cold in pool.

Stayed in room 102. Bed was comfortable. Room was clean. However, the lounge chair was heavily worn, the office chair did not keep pressure (Always sank to the bottom of the cylinder). The tv had to be manually changed to hdmi1 to watch tv every time you turned it on. Remote did not change volume on the tv. Tub is stained a rust color on the bottom. Pool and hot tub were clean but could use a good repaint. Breakfast was decent. No protein offering though. Overall it was a good stay. This location is definitely showing its age.
