GrandStay Hotel & Suites Algona IA

Newer hotel that is very clean and accommodating.

This was really an amazing hotel in small-town Algona, Iowa. All the employees were friendly, professional, and helpful, from check-in to breakfast. The room was spacious, the bathroom had plenty of towels and nice shampoo, etc., the bed and pillows were very comfortable, it was very quiet, and everything was very clean. Breakfast was excellent with many choices: waffles, eggs, bacon, cereals, pastries, muffins, bagels, English muffins, yogurt, fresh fruit, hard boiled eggs, juices, hot coffees and teas, and everything was fresh and well presented. There is also a bar with wines, beers, and mixed drinks available later in the day.

Well maintained but need gluten free options for breakfast.

My whole group loved our stay there. The continental breakfast was a very nice surprise.

Everything was great. Location, clean restroom and build was clean. The staff was very helpfully. The manger took time for a friendly visit. I recommend this hotel for your stay.
